We were with 6 people from 8.10. - 10.10.21 in this hotel. The rooms were great and the staff just outstanding. Very friendly advice on excursions. The outdoor area invites you to come back again in summer. And the food was great too. We will definitely recommend you .

A wonderful hotel for in between with many small details, such as a kettle, hairdryer, soap and storage space in the rooms. The extremely friendly staff is particularly worthy of praise, you can tell how much passion has gone into the entire process. The garden is also a wonderful place to relax. The people working here were very friendly. I liked the black Hasseröder beer they had from Fass.

We only visited the restaurant. Food was all good, beers, too. It is a good place to eat trout fish, as the hotel's name is Trout.

Didn't stay there but the cheese cake was lovely and the staff were great. 10/10 for a romantic evening with meiner frau

We were there in October. It was very beautiful. The food was very good and the breakfast buffet was sufficient. There was something for every taste. The only drawback, the clairaudience of the room, is perhaps because the TV is on the wall, where the bed is in the other room. We were there for lunch ... great service, a delicious fish soup and the fish plate with 3 different fillets were a pleasure !!! Thanks to the nice service, we felt comfortable! We will definitely be back, there are other delicacies (the game specialties) waiting for us!

Absolutely amazing place! The hotel is in a old castle/ manoir which has been renovated and it looks wonderful. You feel like in a fairytale. Our stay here was more than wonderful, everything was just done in a perfect way! Especially the location, the park and the furniture of the whole castle are super beautiful and an absolute reason to come here again! Additionally to this, the service team is amazing, as we forgot something in the room and it was send to us without additional effort for us, which is surely nothing every hotel does!

My husband and I spent two nights here on our honeymoon. We really enjoyed this hidden gem! Breakfast on the castle terrace each morning was amazing. There isn't a whole lot to do nearby but the surrounding area is beautiful and it was nice to hike the local trails and see the calcium spring. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend!
