What a fantastic, centrally located hotel! Super friendly staff, great breakfast and convenient located.
When you book a hotel like this, do expect a bit of noise from the street - especially the police and ambulances which we heard a couple of times. Not a big issue for us, but a thing to be aware of before booking.
You have to pay for parking next door in a parking garage that smells like urine.
The safe didn’t work.
No thermostat in my room.
You don’t get a fridge in your room.
You don’t get a wardrobe, instead you get a very primitive rail to hang your things on which is fine.
The bed gave me back ache as it’s a hard mattress .
It’s next door to a police station so you’ll hear sirens often, sometimes late at night.
I don’t often complain about hotels, but this place was terribly disappointing for the price you pay.
Edit: Are you really trying to give a sales pitch to a complaint? Your hotel is a mediocre 3 star hotel, at best.
A fridge and a working safe would be nice then maybe I’d rate you 2 stars instead of 1.
Complimentary soap or a tooth brush? Not in this place. Cheap in everything except the price to stay here.
