Phenomenal! For a 3* hotel this is a real gem. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with comfortable beds, overlooking the Baltic Sea bay, just steps away from nice sandy beach. Also, there is a dog beach within a walking distance. The breakfast buffet in historical ballroom had everything you need to start the day. The level of hospitality is beyond words, even as first time visitor, I felt the family-like atmosphere. Two things I would appreciate would be a better hairdryer in the room or to be borrowed at the reception. The other would be a brush and a sweeper, so I could sweep the sand on the floor myself. But this are minor suggestions that don’t affect my rating. The hotel is people and dogs friendly.

Overall nice visit but the check in process was a real mess. The front desk attendant presented us with a tablet where we had to enter ALL of our info AGAIN—address, name, email, credit card info , passport info, telephone , and much more. Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. We always hate it when companies put their work off on the customer. This needs to change!
