I think a renovation is required. Bathrooms and beds can be improved.
A significant drawback is the absence of an elevator. In addition, the wifi wasn't working during the last three days of our stay (they blamed the telecommunications company for that though). Finally, I would like to note the absence of a refrigerator inside the room.

Just five minutes from shopping area.
Unfortunately, we had no internet/WIFI for the first two nights. The sliding door of the wardrobe was damaged and was reported, but unfortunately it was not repaired. I injured myself on the third/last day because the sliding door fell on my toe when I opened it. So an appeal to the hotel management: please think of the safety of the guests first!!!
