Good to come to a family owned and run hotel. Most welcoming on arrival. Room comfortable and clean, beds comfortable too so a good sleep was had. It is always a good sign to see many local people eating at the restaurant and we were not disappointed. Lovely fresh fish, buttery soft potatoes and refreshing salad. North German at its best. Even some dialect in the Menü! I grew up in hotels and restaurants and can only recommend this place! Also conveniently located! I love going here!

Am every 14 days to stay in Catharine mountain in Molfsee. Not only the food but also the friendly staff make the evening perfect. I would love to come again.

The room was very small compared to other Hamptons. They assigned us a room with 2 beds instead of 1. There was barely enough room to walk around the beds. In fact, on my side, the bed was almost up against the wall. No refrigerator for keeping drinks cool or storing left overs. Not enough space to hang clothing ( 5 hangers for 2 people). No dresser. We stayed 5 nights and lived out of the suitcases...

Location is quite strategic, although the time when I was there, there were alot of road constructions going on and the traffic was abit horrible. We arrived late to the hotel, and easily found a parking space at the big lot next to the hotel. Evening staff were super friendly, chatty and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Great lighting. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was alright, had everything you could need. Proximity to the city center was a bonus.

Easy stay normal room, Breakfast are normal, For parking was easy nearby. 

The bathroom door closed itself and we couldn't get in again, needed do call staff at night. They didn't help, / didn't know how do hepp. But we got it open ourselves luckly. Brakefast was bad, so little food. Mostly vegan meat and pork.

Check in was easy, easy access to rooms by elevator (though it could become crowded), nice room, nice facilities. Breakfast was fine, not a big selection, but it was fine. Location is superior! With very easy access to the main shopping area, lots or restaurant options, very close to several bus routes, and we had a nice view down to the public bath/water fountain.

One of my differently best hotels experience i my life. After a long day traveling and need a rom for the night there comfort and calming and peaceful night experience. Never before have a hotel being able to give a better refresh goodnight sleep there I was leaving my hotel stay with fully loaded with energy and strength to continue my traveling. The great thing about this hotel is its location, of course. Smack middle of the city, close to the ships and right next to the casino. Couldn't be better. Rooms are quite nice too with AC. What I didn't like was the reception. Checking in took ages and the service was overall quite slow. Garage is super tiny, so beware of that. I would still return, however, as the upsides outweigh the downsides.

Good location in the centre, with friendly staff and nice breakfast. Parking spaces really close at an extra fee. Weird separation between toilet and sink, a funny (not terrible) smell in the room, and a little weird that I could check in, in advance, but on arrival still needed to fill out the same details

A lovely hotel for a short trip! The room was large, very clean, and newly renovated. The free parking right outside is a definite plus! Unfortunately, there were no toothbrush cups in the bathroom, and the hotel soap had a very unpleasant smell. Breakfast was good, and the staff were exceptionally friendly!

The rooms are functional, clean, and feature modern details, and the desk in the room was a big plus for my business stay. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which is always important. The breakfast is varied and high-quality, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant.

Picked this hotel just for one night to attend the open air across the road, and it turned out to be a real surprise. Good quality price hotel. Rooms where a bit old and basic looking. But i post this review becourse the serice is verry good. Espisly the guy from the service desk. He did give us several times good service. Location is close to the msc harbor 10 min with taxi.

Great room size. Small sitting area beds were a little soft for our taste. As is very common in Germany it was impossible to find any TV channels in English or with english subtitles. Bahroom was a good size, but the shower floor Was very slippery. Breakfast was very good. Love the german bread.

A typical German vacation hotel with clean and well equiped rooms. Parking is remote but convenient close to the hotel. Breakfast is worth the money, and personal is friendly. Restaurants are within walking distance and shops around the corner.

Hotel was close to the center of the city.

the location was not very good as it was a hidden building but it was a quiet neighborhood. cons: there is no air conditioning in the rooms and bees were gathering in the bathroom when the window opens (there were almost 7 of them). pros: breakfast was great and staff were nice and accommodating. perfect for one day stay

We spent one night in the hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were big, and very clean. The beds were also comfortable. The only improvements would be larger curtains to block out the light at the windows and the breakfast was nice, but not amazing.

Breakfast was good, but simplier than found in many hotels. But I'm tired of english breastfast anyway, so I was happy. Staff was friendly, check in&out easy, and most inportant of all: It was very clean! Hotel in general, and espesially the room. Will visit next time in Kiel.

The staff is always super nice, breakfast is a nice diverse array. The neighborhood is quiet, close to two supermarkets and the ferry to the city is a walking distance. You can also take the bus but the ferry is nicer. The bus stop to the city or the beach at Laboe or Monckberg direction is literally across the street from the hotel, so very convenient. I spent my quarantine period at the hotel. The room exceeded my expectations: it was very spacious and immaculately clean. Mr. Henry was very professional and friendly, assured me that if ever I needed anything to just let him know. Since I spent my quarantine there during Easter, I found a chocolate Easter bunny at the door, attached to a heartwarming message. Needless to say, my stay was excellent

The hotel is easy to find altough some other places nearby are neighbors i did not expect. Lots of strip clubs and so on to the harbour side. Anyway the direction of city side is nice and has lots of restaurants and shops. Check in was fast and friendly. The room size was ok, although i am used to sleep in bigger beds. We spent one night here while attending the darts at the Wunderino Arena. We caught a bus to Keil from Hamburg Airport, and the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the bus drop off point.
