The room was very small compared to other Hamptons. They assigned us a room with 2 beds instead of 1. There was barely enough room to walk around the beds. In fact, on my side, the bed was almost up against the wall. No refrigerator for keeping drinks cool or storing left overs. Not enough space to hang clothing ( 5 hangers for 2 people). No dresser. We stayed 5 nights and lived out of the suitcases...

We arrived late to the hotel, and easily found a parking space at the big lot next to the hotel. Evening staff were super friendly, chatty and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Great lighting. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was alright, had everything you could need. Proximity to the city center was a bonus.

Check in was easy, easy access to rooms by elevator (though it could become crowded), nice room, nice facilities. Breakfast was fine, not a big selection, but it was fine.
Location is superior! With very easy access to the main shopping area, lots or restaurant options, very close to several bus routes, and we had a nice view down to the public bath/water fountain.

Rooms are much better than the reception area makes you fear to encounter. Some green plants would make it more welcoming and in the restaurant too.

The great thing about this hotel is its location, of course. Smack middle of the city, close to the ships and right next to the casino. Couldn't be better. Rooms are quite nice too with AC. What I didn't like was the reception. Checking in took ages and the service was overall quite slow. Garage is super tiny, so beware of that. I would still return, however, as the upsides outweigh the downsides.

No parking or electric charging. The receptionist says they have a partnership with Q-Park and it costs €14.50 per night. Further down at a B&B hotel, both parking and charging for electric cars are available for only €10 per night, as well as free breakfast.

Good quality price hotel. Rooms where a bit old and basic looking. But i post this review becourse the serice is verry good. Espisly the guy from the service desk. He did give us several times good service. Location is close to the msc harbor 10 min with taxi.
Note that late checkin can be charged with up to 50 euro extra without an early notification!
Make sure the hotel has your phone number for entrance after reception closing hours (19:00).
Arriving after reception closing time you'll find a note with info regarding the additional 35 or 50 euro fee in German language only(!) and the phone number you can call for hotel staff to come and help.

the location was not very good as it was a hidden building but it was a quiet neighborhood.
cons: there is no air conditioning in the rooms and bees were gathering in the bathroom when the window opens (there were almost 7 of them).

My father liked the room ! It is near the main station by foot, there is a lot to do around it. Not much noises and confortable.

I spent my quarantine period at the hotel. The room exceeded my expectations: it was very spacious and immaculately clean. Mr. Henry was very professional and friendly, assured me that if ever I needed anything to just let him know. Since I spent my quarantine there during Easter, I found a chocolate Easter bunny at the door, attached to a heartwarming message. Needless to say, my stay was excellent

The hotel is easy to find altough some other places nearby are neighbors i did not expect. Lots of strip clubs and so on to the harbour side. Anyway the direction of city side is nice and has lots of restaurants and shops. Check in was fast and friendly.

An excellent apartment with all amenities, fridge, crockery, pots, jug etc. 26 car spaces are available, but note the entrance is 50 metres before the public car park. Located in the middle of the city within easy walking distance of a super market. Highly recommended.

We spent one night here while attending the darts at the Wunderino Arena. We caught a bus to Keil from Hamburg Airport, and the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the bus drop off point. We arrived too early to check in, but we were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we explored the local area. We came back later and were quickly checked in.
