I love Kiel Steigenberger Hotel! All fits perfectly, parking, breakfast (by far the best in Kiel), Room and Service. Been here many times. You can reach out by walk everything. Take the bigger rooms, like them more. Was there with Kids, and the spare sofa bed was also really high quality, not some cheap stuff.

It's pretty good. It's rare to have an air conditioner. The facilities are pretty new and the surrounding environment is good.

Beautiful hotel in the immediate vicinity of the Ostseekai, ideal for an overnight stop on a cruise. Close to the city but still quiet.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my son for a little mini vacation. As always, there are some good things and some less good things when staying at a hotel, but overall I very much liked staying here and would definitely consider it again if visiting Kiel. The room was comfortable, the beds were good and more options for the pillows. The bathroom was clean, we just missed the body lotion. Food was specially delicious and good quality however there could have been more side dishes eg.rice, vegetables. There was nothing given for the dog for such a high price, not even a water bowl. Stayed at Atlantic Hotel Kiel for one night before our cruise. Excellent location, right across the road from the Kiel train station. Easy walking to malls and restaurants. The two rooms we reserved were clean, bright and airy. The front desk were super friendly and helpful, especially as they allowed us to check in slightly earlier and gave us advice regarding how to get to our ship the next day...

Great location opposite the train station. The service is good. They kept the place very clean and well maintained even though it has been in operations for many years. The breakfast is solid and the live station is always a crowd favourite. The gym is small but functional. There is a rooftop bar which is popular.

Visiting Kiel, Germany for the first time, logging was very important. The Atlantic Hotel is ideally located with everything. Walking distance to an indoor shopping mall, transport hub (Bus, Tax, Train), pier (Tourist Center with Cruise ships). Local restaurants are next door, if you want KFC, McDonald, you bet, it right there.

Great experience at the Atlantic Hotel Kiel! We spend 3 days in Kiel where we stayed at this hotel with a prime location. Breakfast was excellent and our room was great as well. The staff, not least Miroslav at the reception, made us feel extremely welcome. All in all a highly recommendable hotel with a both professional and friendly atmosphere including top class facilities and a great staff.

This is a newley renovated hotel and it looks totaly new. Nice parkering in the basement with a lift to the reception. We had a suite and good space for å family of 4. Nice food in the restaurant, good service in the bar. Exelent if you need a place to stay to be in position for the Color Line ferry the next day.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. The room , although comfy was adequate in size but had no wardrobe or drawer space, only a small hanging rail and a shelf. We stayed for a week and I wonder if these hotels are actually catering for very short stays

Very nice hotel, perfectly located. The room was clean and we had a nice view. Only problem all hotels seem to have, is to provide enough hangers for towels in the bathroom. The receptionist made a comment that we made a „Schnäppchen“ with our room for such a price. The room felt cramped and there was no deskspace. The shower and beds were clean . I didn't have a chance to use the breakfast because it started at 6.30 and I needed to leave at 6.15. Location was great !

Location is perfect and the hotel itself is just great. Rooms are nicely decorated and on the spacious side of spectre for this category. Rooms incl. bathroom were clean and fully stocked. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Overall very nice stay

The hotel is ideal for a city trip, as you can quickly reach the train station and the motorway on foot. The sauna and fitness area are highly recommended. Unfortunately, our bathroom already smelled of smoke when we checked in.

The facilities are good for a few nights. But if you want to pass the time watching TV in the evening, the single room would at least benefit from a more comfortable chair than the one in the dining room. Or you have to lounge on the bed. Whether the heating will still be warm enough to provide a sufficient room temperature when the outside temperature is much cooler (it was around 5 - 6°C)... Who...

Good location since the reason for staying is due to company training.

The location is ideal, it's located near the centre of Kiel, the staff is also very friendly and easy going. The rooms ar not cleaned well and the toilet looks dirty. There was a massive layers of dust under the bed. The windows were crooked and could not open properly without touching the curtain rail. Luckily we're using this as a one night stop hotel

The service in the hotel is great, unfortunately I didn't use the kitchen.

Convenient location, clean, check-out from the room is at 11, and they kicked us out at 10, not very pleasant, but overall the hotel is good.

Great Hotel at a great location, 200 meters from the Fjord Rover. Hotel is outdated, needs a make over, but still works ( just). Great balconies. Large rooms. Parking a challenge in high season. House keeping a very mixed bag, we had days they never came, despite no no disturb signs on the door, replenishment of towels and coffee also various times didn't happen, other times everything was 110%.

We stayed for a single night an thoroughly enjoyed it! Rooms were neat and clean with a good shower and comfortable beds. The breakfast had a broad selection of savoury and sweet treats, the kids loved the Nutella machine 😂. The staff were very professional and attentive - a big thanks to the reception staff who were helpful and patient with us and four teenagers when leaving our luggage after checkout

A beautiful location. I had a 6th floor room with a breathtaking view over the fjord. Breakfast is excellent and service is very friendly. The rooms are clean and generally comfortable but the furniture and carpet is very old fashioned.

Excellent location with stunning views over fjord. Very good dinner breakfast choices and helpful friendly staff, especially the receptionist (male) who helped me in finding a doctor for a private prescription as I had left my medication in the UK. You saved my one month vacation....much appreciated 👍✅

Old but nice. Don't accept the 01 rooms as they are next the very old noisy elevator.

A OK hotel. The rooms are pretty big but everything is old fashioned. The wifi in the top floor is not working at all.

A bit far from central kiel. 30 mins bus ride. However bus station nearby, which run every 10 minutes. Good walking distance to local restaurants also. 3/5 Overall: 3.5/5

The bathroom door closed itself and we couldn't get in again, needed do call staff at night. They didn't help, / didn't know how do hepp. But we got it open ourselves luckly. Brakefast was bad, so little food. Mostly vegan meat and pork.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are large. Bathroom is equipped with shower gel shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion. All are high quality. Breakfast included offers a good choice. Bread is warm and fresh. Your can even makevyour own waffles. Location is ok especially if you are traveling by train as its only 10 min walk to main train station. Staff are welcoming and very helpful.

The hotel is very well positioned, close to the train station, bus station, passenger terminals and shopping centers. Everything is clean and well maintained. Very diversified breakfast.

This was a great hotel to stay at to visit Kiel. It has a very good location, close to the main station but also to the harbour and water. Staff was very friendly and we got complementary free public transport tickets during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved this cost hotel tucked away a nearby river. The rooms in the main house was surprisingly big with a seating area and separate door separating the hallway to the main bedroom. Breakfast was great as well with lots of northern German style produce, hot food and freshly squeezed juices.

Beautiful location. Excellent bar service and bar food. Nice pool area. Unfortunately it's the feather pillows and blanket that take down the points. They felt old and to flat. No AC in the room. Hardly no accessories in the room or bathroom. The room did not feel like a 4 star.

Lovely hotel and restaurant. All staff was very nice. They spoke English well and were very accommodating. Room was small but sufficient with loads of pillows and multiple chairs to sit in. Tv wasn't really working except for 1 channel. Food at the restaurant was very good and also A LOT.

Spent here a night before going to the cruise ship - they offer sleep and cruise - means spent one night and than going to the ship and your car can be parked there for the stay on the ship - transfer is also Inclusive. Good room and breakfast, pore parkering. The room had two beds that made a kings size bed. There were also two extra beds perfect for children. The hotel is close to the railroad station that may affect your sleep. We needed to park on the street, it is free from 22.00 to 10.00.

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the main train station and about 3 minutes from the Sophienblatt shopping arcade (I think that's what it's called). You can also get to the center quickly.

It was pretty budget but it was a good night sleep and staff were friendly. No free parking as far as I could see. If there was, they need to advertise where it is.

Für eine Übernachtung ausreichend. Es war sauber, der Duschkopf sollte mal gewechselt werden, außerdem war ich schon mal in günstigeren Hotels untergebracht, aber zumindest war dort für ausreichend Duschgel/Shampoo gesorgt. Für eine Nacht war es auszuhalten.
