Best Hotel Experience in years, unbelievable friendly and forthcoming reception. Holy cow, somebody knows how to run a team.

Some rooms are basic but the harbour view room is pretty nice and recommended

We explicit asked for two connecting rooms which were confirmed at reservation and on the day in the reception. We booked Kieler Rooms as asked. We did not get it and after quite reluctant service at the elderly male receptionist we ended after long talks to get two next to each others which didn’t solve the ask. In general a nice hotel with a great breakfast.

I stayed a few days at Steigenberger Conti-Hansa and honestly didn’t want to leave. The rooms are bright, impeccably clean, and immediately comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with plenty of fresh options, and the staff were kind and quick to help with anything. The location is central, yet still peaceful, which was an extra plus. Overall, a really pleasant stay that exceeded my expectations

Clean and fresh, with staff who genuinely make you smile and parking that works without hassle. It won’t blow your mind, but it delivers exactly what it promises.

I arrived at late night by bus the hotel is within 2 mins walk from the bus station. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Clean and well equipped hotel.  Love to stay here again.

Very large room, great furnishings, nice bathroom, location right next to the train station, but you hardly noticed it, despite the window being open and staying overnight from Friday to Saturday.

The facilities in the room are relatively old. The location is close to the main fire but not messy. The staff are friendly.

The hotel is about 5 mins away (walking distance) from the Kiel main train station. The hotel isn't all that huge, even if it is a family room. I would say that the amount of space - especially in a family room for 3 people - available in a hotel room can be a danger hazard if there were any emergencies. Stayed at Atlantic Hotel Kiel for one night before our cruise. Excellent location, right across the road from the Kiel train station. Easy walking to malls and restaurants. The two rooms we reserved were clean, bright and airy. Great location opposite the train station. The service is good. They kept the place very clean and well maintained even though it has been in operations for many years. The breakfast is solid and the live station is always a crowd favourite. The gym is small but functional. There is a rooftop bar which is popular.

The room was very small compared to other Hamptons. They assigned us a room with 2 beds instead of 1. There was barely enough room to walk around the beds. In fact, on my side, the bed was almost up against the wall. No refrigerator for keeping drinks cool or storing left overs. Not enough space to hang clothing ( 5 hangers for 2 people). No dresser. We stayed 5 nights and lived out of the suitcases...

Location is quite strategic, although the time when I was there, there were alot of road constructions going on and the traffic was abit horrible. We arrived late to the hotel, and easily found a parking space at the big lot next to the hotel. Evening staff were super friendly, chatty and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Great lighting. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was alright, had everything you could need. Proximity to the city center was a bonus.

Easy stay normal room, Breakfast are normal, For parking was easy nearby. 

The bathroom door closed itself and we couldn't get in again, needed do call staff at night. They didn't help, / didn't know how do hepp. But we got it open ourselves luckly. Brakefast was bad, so little food. Mostly vegan meat and pork.

Check in was easy, easy access to rooms by elevator (though it could become crowded), nice room, nice facilities. Breakfast was fine, not a big selection, but it was fine. Location is superior! With very easy access to the main shopping area, lots or restaurant options, very close to several bus routes, and we had a nice view down to the public bath/water fountain.

Rooms are much better than the reception area makes you fear to encounter. Some green plants would make it more welcoming and in the restaurant too.

One of my differently best hotels experience i my life. After a long day traveling and need a rom for the night there comfort and calming and peaceful night experience. Never before have a hotel being able to give a better refresh goodnight sleep there I was leaving my hotel stay with fully loaded with energy and strength to continue my traveling. I did choose this hotel out of what kiel have to offering...

The great thing about this hotel is its location, of course. Smack middle of the city, close to the ships and right next to the casino. Couldn't be better. Rooms are quite nice too with AC. What I didn't like was the reception. Checking in took ages and the service was overall quite slow. Garage is super tiny, so beware of that. I would still return, however, as the upsides outweigh the downsides.

Good location in the centre, with friendly staff and nice breakfast. Parking spaces really close at an extra fee. Weird separation between toilet and sink, a funny (not terrible) smell in the room, and a little weird that I could check in, in advance, but on arrival still needed to fill out the same details

Friendly and helpful staff beyond what I normally encounter. Breakfast was nice, good variety of both healthy and more traditional hotel breakfast. My kids were a little disappointed with the lack of pancakes (no replenishment) Pool area is great, and the view from the room overlooking Kiel fjords are impressive We will definitely come back for a third stay

Please be clearer there is no air conditioning in the property but apart from that everything else was great

Short vacay stay Very nice stay at the maritim hotel Bellevue. Great accommodations and nice staff. The hotel delivers an architectural presence of being in 1990(ish), but it’s actually very cozy. Great Hotel at a great location, 200 meters from the Fjord Rover. Hotel is outdated, needs a make over, but still works ( just). Great balconies. Large rooms. Parking a challenge in high season. House keeping a very mixed bag, we had days they never came, despite no no disturb signs on the door, replenishment of towels and coffee also various times didn't happen, other times everything was 110%.

We stayed for a single night an thoroughly enjoyed it! Rooms were neat and clean with a good shower and comfortable beds. The breakfast had a broad selection of savoury and sweet treats, the kids loved the Nutella machine 😂. The staff were very professional and attentive - a big thanks to the reception staff who were helpful and patient with us and four teenagers when leaving our luggage after checkout

A beautiful location. I had a 6th floor room with a breathtaking view over the fjord. Breakfast is excellent and service is very friendly. The rooms are clean and generally comfortable but the furniture and carpet is very old fashioned.

Older property that shows signs of wear but clean, comfortable if not a little too warm. Noisy with windows open if overlooking the road. Shower was blocked and rail was loose so it wasn’t the easiest to use. Our room was enormous, it could easily accommodate a good sized sofa. The hotel is ideal for a city trip, as you can quickly reach the train station and the motorway on foot. The sauna and fitness area are highly recommended. Unfortunately, our bathroom already smelled of smoke when we checked in.

The facilities are good for a few nights. But if you want to pass the time watching TV in the evening, the single room would at least benefit from a more comfortable chair than the one in the dining room. Or you have to lounge on the bed. Whether the heating will still be warm enough to provide a sufficient room temperature when the outside temperature is much cooler (it was around 5 - 6°C)... Who...

Good location since the reason for staying is due to company training.

The location is ideal, it's located near the centre of Kiel, the staff is also very friendly and easy going. The rooms ar not cleaned well and the toilet looks dirty. There was a massive layers of dust under the bed. The windows were crooked and could not open properly without touching the curtain rail. Luckily we're using this as a one night stop hotel

the location was not very good as it was a hidden building but it was a quiet neighborhood. cons: there is no air conditioning in the rooms and bees were gathering in the bathroom when the window opens (there were almost 7 of them). pros: breakfast was great and staff were nice and accommodating. perfect for one day stay

My father liked the room ! It is near the main station by foot, there is a lot to do around it. Not much noises and confortable.

Good room and breakfast, pore parkering. The room had two beds that made a kings size bed. There were also two extra beds perfect for children. The hotel is close to the railroad station that may affect your sleep. We needed to park on the street, it is free from 22.00 to 10.00.

A OK hotel. The rooms are pretty big but everything is old fashioned. The wifi in the top floor is not working at all.

An Well Appointed Apartment An excellent apartment with all amenities, fridge, crockery, pots, jug etc. 26 car spaces are available, but note the entrance is 50 metres before the public car park. Located in the middle of the city within easy walking distance of a super market. Highly recommended.
