Four Points Flex by Sheraton Kiel in Kiel

A lovely hotel for a short trip! The room was large, very clean, and newly renovated. The free parking right outside is a definite plus! Unfortunately, there were no toothbrush cups in the bathroom, and the hotel soap had a very unpleasant smell. Breakfast was good, and the staff were exceptionally friendly!

The rooms are functional, clean, and feature modern details, and the desk in the room was a big plus for my business stay. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which is always important. The breakfast is varied and high-quality, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant.

very nice place - good for a cycle holiday

Picked this hotel just for one night to attend the open air across the road, and it turned out to be a real surprise. From the first minute we felt welcomed—warm, genuine small talk at check-in and again at check-out, never over the top, just sincere. We came with our dog and got a slightly bigger room with space for two chairs. Everything was clean, simple, but pleasant: comfy bed with smooth linens, modern bathroom, plenty of natural light.
We skipped breakfast, though the restaurant area downstairs looked nice. Corridors decorated with cool posters, enough parking, and despite being in a more industrial part of Kiel, within 10 minutes you reach a residential area with excellent oven-baked pizza. A big petrol station is right next door (hidden behind greenery), surprisingly well-stocked with fresh sandwiches and good coffee. Street in front didn’t bother us—sleeping mask and earplugs on, and it was fine.
Of course, it’s still a three-star hotel, so no point in expecting luxury. But as an overnight stop, it was a great surprise and easily the most hospitable stay we’ve had in northern Germany.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is near the bus stop. The staff is also amazing.

Good place to stay in Kiel. Super parking. Rooms are normaly equipped. Well enough for anything you need.
My room had minibar, which can be nice!

Nice hotel with easy access from main road and free parking. There is a charging station neighbouring the hotel. Friendly service from all I met in the hotel. Staff speaks English. Nice modern and clean rooms. Ok semi soft beds - it’s all about taste. I like firm matresses. It is a non smoking hotel. There is a little bar but no food service. Breakfast was fine but not extraordinary. Only minus is, sound travels between the floors and rooms very easy. Earplugs do the job.

A perfect clean and cozy place to stay in. Whenever I am in Kiel, I prefer this hotel.
