A nice hotel, central location in Kiel.
Walking distance to the port, and the ferry to Oslo or Gothenburg.

Very clean and close to city centre.

A great big room
Parking Garage was pretty close to the hotel and the check in was pretty fast and good.
I did not see the area around but it seems okay.

Hotel staff was very professional although while checking in, they made us wait uncomfortably for some minutes while they discussed something in German which we didn't understand, before acknowledging we were there standing and in need of service. Other than that, our stay was a pleasant one. The hotel location is excellent because it is right across the central train station and the mall. Also, the hotel provided a free coffe and bus pass if guest want to see the city throughout the duration of your stay.

1. New bathroom, large room and everything smells fresh. Since guests want to keep coming back for more. Both business travelers as well as leisure travellers*can feel comfortable here. And the treat: free entrance in a large Wellness- & SPA-temple directly opposite.
2. The Breakfast, the Breakfast - it is simply top class. With Cappuccino and eggs with bacon the guests.
3. The assistants of the house are true professionals when it come to friendliness, and rapid Action. Even when the guest knocks over, unwittingly, the nail Polish, to help the colleagues quickly sought to. Big thanks for so much customer orientation.

A very warm, clean and cozy hotel in the centre of Kiel. Excellent service and the staff were always on hand to meet customer requirements. I would definitely choose it again.

It is very well connected, the train station is just 5 minutes away and the bus to less.
With the card of the hotel you can visit all the city by bus without charging.
