Room is very dirty and seems run down. The breakfast is at all not as described on their website. Here we also learned that my fiance and i were the only ones not offered a can of coffee.

Friendly and helpful staff beyond what I normally encounter.
Breakfast was nice, good variety of both healthy and more traditional hotel breakfast. My kids were a little disappointed with the lack of pancakes (no replenishment)
Pool area is great, and the view from the room overlooking Kiel fjords are impressive

We will definitely come back for a third stay

Great Hotel at a great location, 200 meters from the Fjord Rover. Hotel is outdated, needs a make over, but still works ( just). Great balconies. Large rooms.
Parking a challenge in high season.
House keeping a very mixed bag, we had days they never came, despite no no disturb signs on the door, replenishment of towels and coffee also various times didn't happen, other times everything was 110%.

Very nice stay at the maritim hotel Bellevue.

Great accommodations and nice staff.

The hotel delivers an architectural presence of being in 1990(ish), but it’s actually very cozy. The service is 2025.

The only slight complaint I have, which the hotel should take note of.

It didn’t ruin our stay at all, but please be aware that the mini-bar fridge is being turned of when not used to facilitate a more green approach. However, when a fridge is kept close with moisture inside, it creates mold. We found a little bit in our fridge.

Again it wasn’t alarming, and nothing that would keep us from going and using the hotel again.

We stayed for a single night an thoroughly enjoyed it! Rooms were neat and clean with a good shower and comfortable beds. The breakfast had a broad selection of savoury and sweet treats, the kids loved the Nutella machine 😂. The staff were very professional and attentive - a big thanks to the reception staff who were helpful and patient with us and four teenagers when leaving our luggage after checkout.

Poorest service I’ve ever experienced. They just care about money and couldn’t help us change a date of the booking even though they had available rooms and we had payed for a different date by accident. we stood there with two small babies crying. So we had to go back a 10 hour drive to Sweden instead of getting some sleep and rest. We didn’t even get our money back for the room so there’s a empty room a month from now if anyone is interested

A beautiful location. I had a 6th floor room with a breathtaking view over the fjord. Breakfast is excellent and service is very friendly. The rooms are clean and generally comfortable but the furniture and carpet is very old fashioned.

Excellent location with stunning views over fjord. Very good dinner breakfast choices and helpful friendly staff, especially the receptionist (male) who helped me in finding a doctor for a private prescription as I had left my medication in the UK. You saved my one month vacation....much appreciated 👍✅
