Good to come to a family owned and run hotel. Most welcoming on arrival. Room comfortable and clean, beds comfortable too so a good sleep was had. It is always a good sign to see many local people eating at the restaurant and we were not disappointed. Lovely fresh fish, buttery soft potatoes and refreshing salad. One of the best meals we have had. Breakfast typically German. A great stay and well recommended.

North German at its best. Even some dialect in the Menü! I grew up in hotels and restaurants and can only recommend this place! Also conveniently located! I love going here!

Am every 14 days to stay in Catharine mountain in Molfsee.
Not only the food but also the friendly staff make the evening perfect. I would love to come again.

Hotel and food were good. Suitable for families. Room size is good. Clean room and very nice host. Cozy Ambience. Price - performance is consistent.

Very unfriendly operation, which is not interested in their guests. If you are sitting in the beer garden, you have to get them self to get annoyed further orders. To not recommend!

Down-to-earth, solid and comfortable family. Good Holstein cuisine, famous fish card for the season. Price/performance top, have already accommodated many guests there, and only positive feedback.

Good Food, mostly North German dishes. Well worth dropping in, but you may have to call first to reserve a table.
