Unlike those hotels under big chains, service here is personal, friendly and attentive. (They even remembered what you were looking for but couldn't get yesterday, and prepared it extra for you the next morning. .Highly recommended

We were attracted to the location of this hotel when booking for 5 nights, and it did not disappoint. Easy access not only to the beach, but also to the shopping areas of Westerland, the many restaurants, and to the roadways to Kampen, List and Hornum. This is my second time in the Hotel Roth, very satisfied with the varied and good cuisine. Very well trained and attentive staff ensure a relaxing holiday. The house is ideally located near the beach, just a few steps away. The price-performance ratio is absolutely okay.

The hotel is located in the largest building in Westerland. The hotel is very well located and easy to reach, even by train. Westerland's beach promenade is right outside the front door. The bathroom has a powerful hairdryer, and the shower water pressure is also one of the strongest I've ever experienced. The service is very good and friendly, as is the breakfast (see photo).

Great hotel, nice hotel but really hard to find a parking lot diring high season

Comfort ok. But we could have used a proper good armchair, as one day we chose to stay in the hotel due to heavy rain all day. And it was not good to use the sofa bed as a sofa. And the other thing is missing is to open the coffee machine outside your time.

A top location at the top end of Friedrichstrasse. There are shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The location is quiet and in 3 minutes you are right on the beach in Westerland. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and practically furnished. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and varied. The service here was also very friendly. A small but very fine 4-star bed and breakfast hotel, frequented mainly by regular guests. The breakfast is definitely one of the best on the island. A wide variety of breads and rolls from the in-house bakery make for a wonderful start to the day. For us, it's the perfect hotel, located right in the center of Westerland.

The hotel is in a quiet yet central location, with shops and restaurants less than 50 meters away. The rooms are very well-equipped and modern. Carpeted floors in the hallway and rooms make it very quiet. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One point is deducted for cleanliness. Maybe everyone is knowing this restaurant but I guess this is the most underrated one in this category on the island. Delicious meals, extraordinary wines, great stuff and the best chef/ owner/ host you can imagine. Had an unforgettable evening/ experience here. 10 points!!! Chapeau. Fantastic gem for solo traveler and couples alike Had a great time as a solo traveler. Easy to find, close to everything but quiet enough to rest. Very welcoming team, the daily free coffee and cake is such a nice touch and the spa fantastic to relax. Will come back!
