Our cleaning lady lost both my tooth brush and one of our room key without apologizing to us. The spa is probably their best feature with a great view of the ocean

Unlike those hotels under big chains, service here is personal, friendly and attentive. (They even remembered what you were looking for but couldn't get yesterday, and prepared it extra for you the next morning

Lovely hotel right at the dunes with beautiful, simple but clean facilities. Highlights are generous breakfast, spa facilities such as pool to swim laps while gazing at the sea, gym, suanas and steam room

Stayed there for almost a week with our dog , had so much fun we booked an extra night. After knowing we are coming with a dog the put out a doggie bed , bowls and snacks for him in our room

We had a sea side view Breakfast was amazing , not too early in the day you need to wake up extra early with a large variety of options and friendly staff

Great hotel, breakfast fantastic, excellent service. Best part of the hotel is how kid friendly all staff members are.

The service was very friendly and helpful, and the Bing Bing Bap was delicious. Rooms were clean, and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. The spa and swimming pool were really good

A very nice little hotel right on the beach. The breakfast is excellent and every extra request is fulfilled. The staff is very nice and friendly. This hotel is very central. Always my pleasure.....

The bathroom has a powerful hairdryer, and the shower water pressure is also one of the strongest I've ever experienced. The service is very good and friendly, as is the breakfast (see photo)

Excellent position especially out of season. We booked a suite with which we were very satisfied.

The staff were so friendly, the room extremely well furnished (also with tea and coffee-making facilities), very very clean. Excellent breakfast and perfect location.

I had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Perfect for enjoying a sunset with a cup of tea, especially in bad weather. The only downside is that the kettle in the room is about as old as I am

The hotel is located in the largest building in Westerland. The hotel is very well located and easy to reach, even by train. Westerland's beach promenade is right outside the front door

Very good location with a stunning view. Very friendly and courteous staff, plus an excellent breakfast. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-kept. The charm of days gone by has been lovingly preserved here

This is my second time in the Hotel Roth, very satisfied with the varied and good cuisine. Very well trained and attentive staff ensure a relaxing holiday

A hotel will well educated and trained staffs, nice and fresh and elegant breakfast with good quality black tea

The house is ideally located near the beach, just a few steps away. The price-performance ratio is absolutely okay

Even when I only stayed 2 nights, my room was cleaned and the rubbish was disposed of. Great service! The only small negative point is the mattress (wall bed)

Friendly welcome, most of the rooms were very good, with a balcony rather not an inner courtyard. Very clean, breakfast okay, nice little sauna, wine bar with snacks

A top location at the top end of Friedrichstrasse. There are shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The location is quiet and in 3 minutes you are right on the beach in Westerland

A very nice hotel, one of the best in Westerland. very centrally located, quiet, extremely clean, furnished with attention to detail, great service staff, and a fantastic breakfast with the best rolls

The rooms are excellent and equipped with all the standard amenities such as a TV and safe, etc. , clean and spacious, with plenty of room for clothes and accessories

A small, cozy hotel with a fantastic breakfast and a very central location. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly; we truly felt welcome. A delicious cake buffet is offered in the afternoon

The beach, restaurants, cafes, and shops are all nearby. A huge thank you to the lovely cleaning staff who so quickly make the rooms spotless, and to Ms. , who has now given us such a warm welcome for the second time

The breakfast offers an outstanding and ample selection for every palate. Various egg dishes are freshly prepared upon request by the attentive staff. After breakfast, our room was always already cleaned and tidied

The best fish soup - ever - he just knows how to cook - grande cuisine

Spectacular food and wine cellar. All the makings and attention of a Michelin restaurant, but no fuss. A real treat.

We had an amazing dinner here. Food was delicious. Professional service. Our table was at the bar, cozy atmosphere.

A beautiful hotel, with excellent service. Arrived very late because several trains were cancelled. I received a very friendly welcome and was given a very nice double room, even though I had only booked a single room

Very clean and they welcomed me like a friend. The only thing why I didn’t give them an excellent was, the room was cold and the heater was not working adequately

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and I would do it again. Very friendly staff, everything very tidy and a great breakfast. A family-run hotel for me. Thank you to the entire team for a great time

The first refill of the minibar is included in the price. There is a large selection for breakfast. The service is attentive and friendly

We had a few very stormy and rainy days, so some heat would have been helful!

Always a pleasure. Excellent location right in the city center (Friedrichstrasse). Quiet rooms available, sheltered from the wind and nightlife. Good breakfast; they accommodate special requests.

Good rooms, very friendly people, rich breakfast. The best thing is strict adherence to the Corona concept. Pre-selected breakfast and time. Everything is great, we will definitely be back.

This was our first time at Hotel Gutenberg. The room was cozy and very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was excellent. Breakfast was beautifully presented, varied, and plentiful
