Great Experience I liked the place. They take their business really serious. A bit old fashioned and that makes the charm of this hotel. When I arrived on a late Sunday afternoon, the manager on duty insisted to personally show me around and to explain all the features of the hotel to me. I stayed for three days and had a great time. The restaurant is a bit pricey but offers excellent food.

As long as they allow smoking inside hotel (bar area), we will not come back.

Lovely 3-night stay in this great hotel located in an old building with character by the beach. Personnel are supper attentive and pay great attention to detail. Facilities include gym, swimming pool and a spa area with saunas. Great breakfast experience with varied buffet and a la carte options.

Great traditional grand hotel with family service and a prime location!

Stayed for a week, the room is smaller than expected for the price they charge. The location is great with walking distance to town and beach. The breakfast buffet was excellent but there is no lunch or dinner service which was an issue during two of the rainstorm days where it is impossible to head out for food without getting completely soaked. Stayed there for almost a week with our dog , had so much fun we booked an extra night . After knowing we are coming with a dog the put out a doggie bed , bowls and snacks for him in our room . Unlike those hotels under big chains, service here is personal, friendly and attentive. Perfect Hotel with amazing staff

We were attracted to the location of this hotel when booking for 5 nights, and it did not disappoint. Easy access not only to the beach, but also to the shopping areas of Westerland, the many restaurants, and to the roadways to Kampen, List and Hornum. We had a nice stay. The service was very friendly and helpful, and the Bing Bing Bap was delicious. Rooms were clean, and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. The spa and swimming pool were really good. The highlight for us was the kids’ playroom with someone there to look after the children—such a thoughtful touch!

This top notch resort located right on the beach is very high quality. The service is exceptional and very friendly and inviting. Plenty of free parking around. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Dogs welcome to stay in the hotel and given a special bed and food dishes. Restaurant and bar on site. The price is justifiable given the type of hotel. Recommend staying here again.

The hotel is located in the largest building in Westerland. The hotel is very well located and easy to reach, even by train. Westerland's beach promenade is right outside the front door. The bathroom has a powerful hairdryer, and the shower water pressure is also one of the strongest I've ever experienced. The service is very good and friendly, as is the breakfast (see photo).

A top location at the top end of Friedrichstrasse. There are shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The location is quiet and in 3 minutes you are right on the beach in Westerland. A small but very fine 4-star bed and breakfast hotel, frequented mainly by regular guests. The breakfast is definitely one of the best on the island. A wide variety of breads and rolls from the in-house bakery make for a wonderful start to the day. For us, it's the perfect hotel, located right in the center of Westerland.

Maybe everyone is knowing this restaurant but I guess this is the most underrated one in this category on the island. Delicious meals, extraordinary wines, great stuff and the best chef/ owner/ host you can imagine. Had an unforgettable evening/ experience here. 10 points!!! Chapeau. It is a lovely small hotel. I liked it a lot. Very clean and they welcomed me like a friend. The breakfasts were great. The only thing why I didn’t give them an excellent was, the room was cold and the heater was not working adequately. We had a few very stormy and rainy days, so some heat would have been helful!

I received a very friendly welcome and was given a very nice double room, even though I had only booked a single room. The first refill of the minibar is included in the price. A very centrally located hotel about 10 comfortable walking minutes from the train station. The hotel is a satellite hotel, partly the rooms are outside of the main building but is right around the corner. There is no elevator. The rooms are all very clean! The furniture is very well-kept but a lot of 90s chic. All in all, however, according to the category Top 🙂
