This morning at 8:40am, a cleansing lady opened our room WITHOUT knocking on the door at all.
Not only did she interupted our sleep, but also makes me wonder, if people in this hotel just open guests' rooms without giving any notice.
It is very unacceptable.
And then she and the other people kept being very loud for a while outside the room, so we couldn't fall asleep anymore.

Room itself is nice, but we are on the 6th floor without a lift.
We have the biggest deluxe room on the 6th floor.
Lift goes to the 5th floor but then people have to carry their luggages up till the 6th by walking up the stairs.

The mini bar in the room is very nice, offers 5 different kind of drinks.

Location-wise also pretty good.
Overall a good place to stay other than the un-trained staff.

Unbelievably bad experience — please be careful booking here.
I booked through Booking.com with a non-refundable rate, and the hotel cancelled my reservation 10 days before my trip, claiming my card was “invalid.” This is absolutely not true — I use the same card daily and had no issues anywhere else.

I called and emailed the hotel multiple times, but no one responded and the reservation was simply cancelled. Even Booking.com tried to reach them and could not get through. After checking recent Google reviews, I saw several guests had the exact same experience in the last days — last-minute cancellations with the same excuse.

Scammers.

Unreliable scammers, who are claiming that they can not charge your credit. Or alternative one. And then they will cancel your reservation, so they can cover for their overbooking. There are bunch of comments like that.

I visited Bremen a few days ago and a good friend of mine recommended me this hotel.
Unfortunately it was nothing like I’ve expected it to be. First of all there was no competent consulting in any kind of way. The employees could barely speak english which caused huge communication problems. Therefore I was not being taken care of as much as I hoped to be.
All in all one can say that I wouldn’t book this hotel again due to the lack of competent employees.

Unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations at all. At first I was actually very enthusiastic about the look that I got to see in the pictures. However, I was pretty shocked by the hygiene! It was dirty and the unpleasant smell couldn't be ignored either. I also found a hair in my food ... In general, I had the feeling that there was a shortage of staff. On the whole I am unfortunately really very dissatisfied ...

Hotel booked bindingly via a platform. The room was canceled due to overbooking but the amount was not refunded. The hotel stops responding to messages, even though the messages are read. We're giving that to the lawyer now.

Overall, I can only award one star! On arrival everything still seemed great. When we got to the room, we discovered dust over the bed, which was older, and open drinks in the minibar. Unfortunately not very inviting. I don't even want to begin with the bad stench that spread in the stairwell. Unfortunately, we will look elsewhere on our next visit to Bremen.
