Pas op! Watch out! (English below) Bedwants gevonden op kussen van bed. Vrouwlijke manager loopt mee om te kijken en we moeten de kamer in met de deur dicht, want we maken gasten bang. Vervolgens begint ze tegen ons te schreeuwen. Eerst is de bedwants onze schuld, daarna van een vorige gast en daarna heeft ze nog nooit een beswants gezien en niet weet hoe ze eruit zien. Ze schreeuwt de hele tijd tegen ons in bijzijn van de kinderen. En probeert ons te provoceren. We verstaan een groot deel, want ze spreken niets anders dan Duits. En wordt boos als je haar dan niet volledig begrijpt omdat je het soms wel begrijpt. Ze werd zeer dreigend en we moesten het pand verlaten. Daarna heeft ze meteen *********** gebeld om ons zwart te maken en we zo dus geen review konden schrijven. (Ze zei ook dat ze er voor ging zorgen dat we nergens meer een kamer konden krijgen) Hele nare situaties. Achteraf vonden we nog een revieuw van juli van iemand waarbij meerdere kamers van hun boeking bedwantsen hadden. En een jaar daarvoor ook al. Dus onbekend kan ze er niet mee zijn. Kijk alsjeblieft uit. Watch out! Bed bug found on bed pillows. Female manager wants to see it and we have to go into the room with the door closed, because we are scaring the guests. Then she starts yelling at us. First, the bed bug is our fault, then it's the fault of a previous guest, and then she has never seen a bug and doesn't know what they look like. She yells at us the whole time in front of the children. And try to provoke us. We understand a large part of it, because they speak nothing but German. And gets angry if you don't fully understand her because you sometimes do understand. She became very threatening and we had to leave the building. Then she immediately called *********** to blacklist us and so we could not write a review. (She also said that she was going to make sure that we couldn't get a room anywhere) Very nasty situations. Afterwards, we found a review of July by someone in which several rooms of their booking had bed bugs. And a year earlier, too, so she can't be unfamiliar with it. Please be aware.

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL (BEDBUGS) Worst hotelvisit I have ever had! It might seem like a good idea to stop by and sleep a night at Hotel Wolters if your ways cross Bremen. But never go there. I went here when I was driving back from a familyholiday in France. When we woke up in the morning we discovered that we had been biten by BEDBUGS!!!! My company had three rooms on Hotel Wolters and in every single one of them there were clear signs of bedbugs. Dead bedbugshit, blood and dead bedbugs on the sheets. A person in our company also woke up in the middle of the night and discovered bedbugs walking on her! We talked to a person in the hotel staff in the morning and the person just nonchalant said ok and did not take any action at all or even asked a following question. We mailed the hotel photos of the bedbugs and the signs on the sheets. They answered that they dont have any bedbugs at all, and also that we wont get any compensation. They said in the email that we got back, that it is the guests fault and not the hotel so you wont get compensation. Awful hotel and unresponsible. Never step your foot inside this hotel!!!

Absolutely awful! I stayed in one of their room about a week ago, during the night i got a rash on my back. Confronted the service desk and they played dumb, saying that they don't know anything about it. After visiting the doctor, it turned out that rash is from bed bugs. and a couple of other notes: 1. Rooms are not soundproof, you can hear everything 2. Shower and toilet are grose. There was a hole in the wall of the shower 3. Overall room was dirty

The owner walks around like she is something better and is not niece to her staff. The guy that works there is super helpful and nice but the owner bosses him around very disrespectful
