Check-in wasn't possible. There was no staff on site.
You should have called ahead of time (about 30 minutes before arrival).
It was apparently described in the travel conditions. But I hadn't read it, as such things are completely foreign to me and therefore didn't question it.
They said check-in was from 2:00 p.m.
At 2:30 p.m., the hotel was already closed and no one was there.

No light, no hot water, broken bed
There was no hot water. I didn't shower for three days. The light in the room was broken, as was the light in the hallway. It was pitch black in the evenings and mornings. The bed had a huge hole in the slatted frame, causing the mattress to sag in the middle. I've never seen such a bad hotel. Even €15 a night would have been too much, but unfortunately, I paid €80 per night. Don't be fooled by the pretty photos; it's truly a disastrous place.

The room was small but good enough for one person traveling alone. Had a community kitchen down the hall. Only complaint is there was no hot water in the shower in the morning, had to shower cold.

Nobody there when i came, had to wait 30 minutes, No hot water in showers, backyard is full of trash, i booked and payd online but host try'd to charge city tax in cash???

No Wifi for our whole stay of two weeks and lots of broken stuff. Worst thing, there is no curtain in the bathroom

Wifi in Deluxe room not working for 2 weeks, Host didn't care.
Bathroom has no curtain.

Apartment door not lockable, locks broken.
Host tried to charge another city tax, even tho it's paid thru booking already.

I enjoyed One week in this structure. The building is a storic One remodernized with all' the required equipments. The owner is very kindly and friend, available for everythings. The price are cheaper than the near structures. I suggest it
