My stay was thoroughly enjoyable, not least thanks to the warm and personal service from the team: Both the older and younger staff members communicated brilliantly with each other and with me as a guest, without any sense of urgency.
The suite itself was a dream: Room 14, my lucky find, is connected to the breakfast room via a direct doorway – a real insider tip! Free parking, a covered outdoor terrace with direct access to the building, plenty of power outlets, great floor lamps for pleasant indirect lighting, a spacious bathroom, carpeting, three pillows, mattresses offering excellent sleeping comfort, blackout curtains, and a modern, easy-to-use TV made the stay extremely comfortable.
Breakfast, at €15 per person, was decent but simple. Anyone hoping for a classic English breakfast will be disappointed: There were no baked beans, bacon, roasted tomatoes, or sausages. Nevertheless, the cozy atmosphere made for a very enjoyable morning.

I booked a room for My Best Friend's wedding. Unfortunately my brother passed away in the hotel refused to cancel or refund any part of the reservation. I even ask them if they needed proof of my brother's passing and they still refused to refund any parts of the 3-day reservation. Even the third party I booked the reservation through would have refunded the reservation. They just needed the approval from the hotel. After working in a hospitality for several years. It's up to the hotel whether or not they refund a guest in circumstances like mine. When traveling out of the country I would recommend paying when you arrive.

Very nice hotel, new renovated rooms, friendly staff, super breakfast-even salmon and fruits. Sometimes in the evening there is no personnel at the reception, but you can enter the hotel anytime with your card and call them if you need something. Wifi everywhere and for free. I can recommend this hotel for 100%

It is commensurate with the cost of payment, kind staff and good cleanliness, facilities are sufficient to meet the needs. The stairs to the second floor are very steep, a toilet for tall people is problematic on the second floor

The two star rate is all because it was possible to check in after 20.00.
At the reception they told us the price was 54 euro including breakfast. When we checked out and needed to pay, we had to pay 86 euro. They had all kind of excuses to increase the price.
The rooms are old and the bed wasnt complete, I didnt have a proper blanket. It was a disaster and the staff was very unfriendly. Cant recomment this hotel.
