Excellent service in the hotel. I forgot my smartwatch and without problems sending back to my home adress.

Wonderful rooms! Cleanliness was excellent and lots of space for luggage and movement. Our room had plenty of plug sockets & modern fittings. I had a really pleasurable stay and the hotel is in a superb location. I would definitely recommend.

Nice place in the center of town. A bit pricey for the standard so it would be nice if breakfast was included like in other places in that price class. 😏

As I just visited a concert in this hotel I can`t rate the rooms (if guestrooms are meant). But everything I have seen and experienced in this hotel was absolute high class. The location is top because in the city of Bremen where the most sightseeing highliths are and with perfect connection to many public transpost possobilities almost in front of the door.

Stayed three nights. The room was comfortable and clean, but a few issues affected the experience: the shower drain was blocked, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and there were loud repairs happening right next to my room between 9–10 am which is quite early. With some maintenance improvements, this could be a great place to stay. The hotel restaurant was fabulous, definitely recommended

Excellent location, nice rooms and gorgeous interior. We got a spacious, newly renovated room facing the lobby, which worked well as it was pretty quiet. We each got a queen sized bed and they were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast and service. The only downside was the parking, it was €30 euros each night. However, we highly recommend this hotel.

Impossible not to find walking from the Bremen hbf. We had a large room with a large bathroom. Beds were comfortable. The room was light and airy. Hotel staff efficient and knowledgeable. The hotel was very comfortable! We even received a complimentary upgrade, which we really appreciated, along with some welcome drinks. It was a great stay, the hotel itself is a bit old, but we had a great time there. I would think about including a bigger variety for the breakfast as well :)

I thought the room was ok but is was very basic. There was no option to make tea or coffee. Also the pillows and blankers were very thin and I couldn’t sleep comfortable because of that. The room was hot and the temperature was hard to manage. First day we did not get hot water in the shower. Location was very good though.

The staff were very friendly and kind, went out of their way to be helpful. I was a solo traveller and the environment was safe, Shopping centre almost next door, very vibrant,and the train service into the centre was easy and regular. Would happily stay again, Only downside was I would have liked a kettle so that I could make my own coffee in the morning.

Great, but noisy The service was great, the morningbuffet was nice and the staff recommended us great restaurants. However, we were waken up at 7am from a gardener moving the lawn. We were on the 2nd floor and the fact that they started using powertools at 7am seemed excessive.

Didn't feel like I was in a hotel I felt stress free and the staff were absolutely brilliant giving five stars isn't enough when I go back to bremen I'm definitely booking the pentahotel again and that's a promise.

I've been on the viewing platform only, very nice especially with a binocular, and cheap, just 4€ with an automatic machine just before entering the elevator.

MEB Never again AC is only in few rooms and is very noisy. Dinner was disaster. Burned out fried potato. I asked for ketchup did not get it. Price from the roof for dinner. Breakfast also rather limited selection and coffee - it was rather brown water.

We stayed here only for a weekend, two adults and two kids below 12. The personnel is available but pretty "relaxed" let's say. The room is minimal, clean, not much "accessories/ services" included. During our first night in, we suffered a shortcut only in our room 🤯 so, at 22.30 we expected 1h for the receptionist to change our room. So, lighting from year 1400. Very average, overpriced for what you get. You pay here for location, not a lot else. Rooms are ok, hotel average overall, very limited communal area (just the foyer), the 'bar' looks like an afterthought added to the end of the reception desk, breakfast pricey for what you get, staff ok but expect no more than thr average german customer service. My room was nice, clean and good size. There is no aircondition nut I was there in October so not necessary. Breakfast was also fine. Localization near airport. 10 minutes far from city center by public transportation.

Property needs some overhaul. Carpets in the room were worn out and there well brown stains on them in several places. Staff were very nice and checked me in earlier than usual. Breakfast had very limited options. Couple of light bulbs were out

It's a perfect hotel for a business trip. Located near the industries, right next to the river (great view), it's not expensive, they have a smoker's area, the rooms are modern, comfortable and clean, the bar is open until late, breakfast was really good and the staff were truly kind. Also the bathroom/shower was really nice and it was silent. We rested really well. We will definately stay there again...

Very friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff, my room was available earlier than official check-in time at no additional cost. Room was spacious and bright, bed very comfortable with high quality linen. Located in a nice area with a pedestrian zone and many restaurants.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Bremerhaven and was highly impressed. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, offering a stunning harbor view. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a great variety. The location is ideal, close to restaurants and attractions. My only minor issue was the slightly slow Wi-Fi, but overall, I’d rate the stay 4.5 out of 5 stars. Would definitely recommend...

I travel alone for work and the underground parking garage is what I really like together with the nice park in front for a walk. Everything in the hotel was perfect nothing to add. Maybe a more modern tv with Netflix that's all👍

We stay 3 day at the end of September. The Hotel is maybe a 10min walk. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is very well done. Bar staff makes a great Old Fashion. Will definitely stay there again.

We had a great two night stay. The staff was friendly, the room spacious with a beautiful bathroom and a comfortable bed. Perfect sleep, didn't hear a sound. Definitely would stay here again!

In the middle of summer they don't have air conditioning to cool things down!! We had to open the window and the bugs came into the room!! Then they brought us a fan for ventilation! I would have been better off staying at home! At least I have insect nets on my windows so no insects can get in... and I don't have to pay for an uncomfortable vacation!! I don't understand how a respectable hotel can...

Very nice room with all necessary amenities, very comfortable bed and pillow, good air conditioning and super clean. There is a pool and sauna downstairs, which is really cool. We did not have breakfast but it looked great.

Great room with a view on the Torfkanal. Very patient yet efficient reception. On the Bremen university campus. Lovely academic atmosphere.

Room and utilities are simple but OK. Daily maintenance is not so good. Many basic service (e.g. towel, coffee capsules, trach can clean) are done by customer's request, not automatically. The showering tub is good if you like to a bath. However, there is still some damage (tiles peeling) on the tub. No exhaust fan as well in the bathroom. Only providing one-for-all-body soap, I guess that is not acceptable...

Very close to the university, good public transport to the city centre. (approx. 15 mins tram, 7 mins walk to tram stop). The area is suburban/office location but calm, the hotel is suitable for bussiness/conference. Room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpfull.

Moxy Hotel Bremen – Stylish & Functional Trendy, clean, and well-located. Rooms are compact but smartly designed. Great lobby vibe, friendly staff, and ideal for a short stay.

Check-in is extremely slow, check-out is also very slow, while other hotels just leave the room card and go.

Very nice and clean hotel, public transport bus 740 runs every hour, If you walk further up you will get 🚌 38/39/40 which takes you the tram station which is very convenient

We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and we were happy with the cleanliness, comfort and service. The buffet breakfast was varied and well presented. We were staying on the 2nd floor and noticed an odour in the hallways which I detected in our en suite as well.

Great location, very friendly staff. Basic, no-frills (there is not even a kettle in the room). Make sure you get a room facing AWAY from the library because in that street, some - presumably homeless - people congregate, which of course they are allowed to do, but they make a lot of noise, and they have a dog that barks all the time. An utter nuisance from early morning till late at night.

Wonderful place to stay, right in central Bremerhaven. Very comfortable rooms, great service and an excellent breakfast bar to start your day. Multilingual staff for non German speakers. A wonderful indoor smoking room that is well ventilated, bring a Cigar or buy one from a well stocked Tobacconist right around the corner. Make it a place to visit, you wont be disappointed.

A centrally located hotel. The family room was large and everything was spotlessly clean. Bathroom with natural light. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. The rolls from the bakery next door were delicious. Staff very friendly. Lots of things within walking distance (including air conditioning and the emigration center).

I did enjoy a short stay in the hotel next to the columbus center. The check in was fast and staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel staff could help fast to arrange another room, because of some door lock issues. The room is clean, spacious, the bed is comfortable and the internet speed is ok. There is a wide range of food options for breakfast. overall I had a pleasant stay.

It's a decent hotel. Because I came here to participate in a few days of activities, I booked a hotel next to the exhibition hall. It's not far away and it's very convenient. The room is not big, but it's OK for business trips.
