The ambiance for this place was amazing. I needed a nice place near the train station for a reasonable price with real people for a late check in, I hate the self check in places.

I have stayed in many places around the world, but never — never — have I felt so utterly at home outside of my own house as I did at OPERA Hostel in Erfurt. I LOVE this place!! It’s charming, not pretentious, relaxed. Staff and other guests are friendly and helpful. I would return in a heartbeat.

6 bed dorm with bathroom could use more hangers or hooks for jackets. Bathroom door needed maintenance, it needed to be slammed to close it so that noise throughout the night and morning. Hostel is kept pretty clean throughout and the heating was good for winter.

Hallo, 1. Very attractive prices. 2. Convenient location. We had our bikes with us, so for exploring the city and surroundings, the location a few km from the city centre was perfectly fine. 3. Room was rather clean, the bathroom had still some hairs sticking around (mirror, shower), no big problem though. 4. The rooms were clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed during our stay.The staff was extremely helpful, always kind, and truly friendly. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of, and we were really happy with the service they provided. Overall, a great experience.

Many bugs at night and there is no internet when we stayed

I recommend this place. It is clean and always a good vibe. We often stay there and we are just super happy with the location, service and rooms. Only one remark: I would love the fitted sheets to be placed for the kid's beds.
