Best Hotels in Erfurt

I was in the room with city view. The rooms are very small and little claustrophobic. The reception staff were excellent. The hotel is very good if you are planning to stay for 2 or 3 days in Erfurt

The staff were all exceptionally friendly from reception, to breakfast, and even the cleaning staff. And the facilities were modern, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Would stay there again.

Excellent Breakfast buffet, and from the fifth floor the best views of the city. Unfortunately, only a few storage space, no closets, small sanitary area, therefore a star deduction.

When none of the other guests could identify the subjects, we checked with the front desk, who promptly gave us the information we wanted: The "Kunst faces" of the Bauhaus movemet (early 20th century) included Wassily Kandinski, Walter Gropius, Gertrud Arndt, Paul Klee, Laszio Mohly-Nagy, Gunta Stolzi, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Lyonel Feininger, and Brund Taut

Front desk staffed by at least one fluent English speaker, generous breakfast buffet with leisurely weekend hours. Spacious bathroom with walk-out shower

Rooms are in very good condition and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The kitchen is satisfactory; however, the pasta keep the goods for too long a warm at the Buffet dried up

Good hotel - easy parking - nice hotel rooms

The only thing I'd comment on is that when you book the rooms that look at the garden to have a quieter experience you have to count in the guests that may hang out in the garden

The Mercure Hotel is conveniently located, but it's an older hotel. It's a standard 4-star hotel with parking available for 25 euros per night, which is very convenient.

The room was small, with only the most basic amenities, even worse than some budget hotels in China. The cleanliness was okay, and the breakfast was basic: coffee, bread, and salad

Every payment in the hotel are with cards or app pay transactions. The bar at the lobby is 24 hours which is very nice for visitors to have some chats and beers

It's very close to the train station, about a 5-minute walk. Because my train was early, I contacted the front desk around 11:00 AM, but they refused to let me check in

I contacted them again at 12:00 PM, but it still didn't work. This is unlike previous hotels like the Holiday Inn Berlin, which usually allowed early check-in

Near Erfurt Train station and tram station, where you can go most of the places in Erfurt. The check in is fast, the room is small, but ok for me. Free wifi access in the building.

We had a wonderful stay in the city of Erfurt. The service and accommodation at the Best Westin Excelsior were very good. The buffet breakfast is tasty and varied enough to ensure most tastes are catered for

Great location for visiting the Christmas market, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking and breakfast were convenient, and the room with two bunk beds was surprisingly spacious

The best hotel I've been in my life. Awesome staff and rooms, with incredibly comfy beds and a bathtub. There is also a sauna and fitness room. Very recommended if you want to visit Erfurt.

Honestly, the room quality is close to a five-star level in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and quietness. Heating was good, everything was well organized and tidy, which made the stay very pleasant overall

Alma Hotel is an excellent choice for staying in Erfurt

the hotel is quite nice, with good connectivity to the Erfurt railway station (HBF), and a tram stop nearby. I actually walked to the hotel from railway station. the rooms are good and comfortable.

The hotel leaves nothing to be desired, the burg, however, is just that. close to Erfurt yet in the middle of nowhere the hotel is the only place buzzing with some life, be it the restaurant or the bar

The front desk clerk took the initiative to prepare all the information, and as soon as you entered the hotel, you could go through the formalities and get the room smoothly

However, there was construction work at the main entrance to the hotel, but no information was provided on how to enter the hotel. It took a lot of time on the road

The Hotel has good transport links. For cars, Parking spaces are enough available, which are located behind the Hotel. It is these Parking directly input to visit because the main Parking is scarce

Through the back entrance you reach the front Desk as well as through the main entrance. At the reception you will be greeted warmly. To the center one arrives best with the tram no. At the reception Tickets will be sold

The double room was clean and in good condition. A balcony was not available, this is the same for all rooms. The Breakfast is good, the service attentive

The Hotel Wilna has a good kitchen. The food always taste very good. Also the staff is very friendly. We will come simply just for Dinner is over :-)

The bathrooms have excellent showers and heated shower rails. Breakfasts are generous and offer a good range of fresh fruit, breads, hams and cheeses. Boiled eggs and delicious scrambled eggs are also available

A modern and clean hotel with friendly staff and high quality bedding for a good nights sleep, what more can one ask for? We stayed in a family suite on the 4th floor which had plenty of space for a family of four for a great rate

The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Erfurt in a quiet residential area quite near the marvellous Zitadel and the Dome. Bedrooms are light , spacious and very well furnished

They also have a nice open roof restaurant. But there is a 20 minutes drive to the city centre. So if you don't have a car, it can be difficult. All together nice satisfactory experience

There was no mini fridge but I don't think anyone would care since they are the most untouched expensive things in the world. There were 2 bottles of sparkling water already in the room

Room was spacious with 2 queen size beds. There was enough towels in the bathroom and replaced regularly. Also had all other necessary toiletries

The rooms at the Hotel Garni were super spacious and offered more space than expected. There was enough space for my luggage and I could move around freely without constantly tripping over my things

I used the cars GPS and found this place late in the evening. The owner came to the door and had obviously been to bed already

Rooms were clean and the owners were very friendly. If I ever make it back to Erfurt I will stay here again!
