Close to shops, restaurants and the train station. Clean and comfortable.
Check-in is very convenient, service is also very good, the choice for business travel
Nice and cozy hotel in Germany
Very tasty breakfasts
Exceeds all expectations😉
I was in the room with city view. The rooms are very small and little claustrophobic. The city view is excellent. The breakfast was good. The reception staff were excellent. The hotel is very good if you are planning to stay for 2 or 3 days in Erfurt
The staff were all exceptionally friendly from reception, to breakfast, and even the cleaning staff. And the facilities were modern, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Would stay there again.
Great view, nicely furnished, very friendly staff. Centrally located.

The Mercure Hotel is conveniently located, but it's an older hotel. It's a standard 4-star hotel with parking available for 25 euros per night, which is very convenient.
Comfortable and clean rooms with a good breakfast.
The staff was very humble and cooperative
Mercure is as reliable as always. It is located in the center of the old town, very convenient to the Old Bridge, the Cathedral and the Town Hall. Parking is also convenient. The service at the front desk is particularly warm and professional, great.
Breakfast was excellent. The staff were the best
Location was super
While we were there the hotel was under construction. It was also extremely hot. There is no air conditioning in the hotel. We were damned if we did and damned if we didn't. Noise or die from the heat....we went with the heat.

Room is very clean, Staff is really kind and helpful.
Good rooms, poor food. Cold bed.
Very clean and safe hotel. Spacious room.
Excellent shower.
Booked as a solo traveller and for some reason received a (small/narrow) single person duvet on a double bed. Made sleeping very uncomfortable and cold.
Hotel a la carte restaurant was closed, only a buffet available.... Was very poor quality food and also not cheap.
Pros. - outside of Erfurt City with only 25 min. drive by car - no traffic and the location is very picturesque and quiet - very friendly receptionist at check-in - spacious and comfortable room - good equipped bathroom Cons. - the breakfast choice was a bit limited as 4 star hotel - the gym is tiny
There are so many hotels. The breakfast in this hotel is great and perfect.
very good! The hotel is located in nature and surrounded by greenery. It takes 30 minutes to drive to the main church. The front desk clerk took the initiative to prepare all the information, and as soon as you entered the hotel, you could go through the formalities and get the room smoothly.
However, there was construction work at the main entrance to the hotel, but no information was provided on...
Very nice hotel and staff. Great internet connection and great food.

This is a wonderful hotel, but we were very disappointed in the customer service we received. We were called on the phone multiple times in the middle of the night by the front desk, who said another room was accusing us of being loud. We were sleeping! It should have been possible for someone to briefly come and walk by our room to see that we were not making any noise, but instead they woke us up...
Exceptional location, cozy rooms, good service, nice breakfast.
All in all, we were really happy in the hotel. We only stayed one night as we wanted to visit Erfurt but we're ultimately heading for another destination, so we searched for an hotel in the city center which was not to expensive. We were not deceived.
Only recommendation for women: get your own hairdryer, as we are still not sure if the...
Stay was find and suited the need. Excellent location
Great hotel, very clean and rooms well appointed. Breakfast has a good choice but didn't get to eat here in the evening
Great hotel but when it's 93 outside the AC in rooms don't work. We complained and hotel tried to remedy situation but others staying at hotel also told us their air-conditioning also didn't work in their hotel rooms. Hotel is beautiful and convenient to everything but hot inside lobby and throughout hotel making it very difficult to sleep there.
The hotel at the Krämerbrücke in Erfurt is located in the heart of the Old Town and offers a direct view of the city’s famous landmark. Its central location allows guests to explore the historic sights on foot. Modern amenities and a charming atmosphere ensure a pleasant stay.

The quiet location of the hotel is an advantage for people w/ cars. One needs about 10min walk to the nearest train station. Rooms are comfortable. The bath towels could be of better quality. The breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly. A welcome drink with a cup of Glühwein was a pleasant surprise on a rainy and cold evening.
Very nice hotel in a residential part of Erfurt. Free parking which is a big plus. It's a short 5 minute walk to public transportation and then 10 minutes to the Christmas markets. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. breakfast buffet is well stocked and very good. Nice sauna as well. Would highly recommend.
Will stay here again if I ever go back to Erfurt ! Walking distance from everything you wanna see. Breakfast was included and lovely. Staff are sweet! The sauna is top notch and there's infra too! Rooms are comfy and clean. If I'm gonna nag it is air quality in the room but it was during winter so what can you do? They also have nice beer on tap, a nice bar selection and we enjoyed our stay a lot
clean and comfortable. all staff very helpful and polite. good value.parking available.breakfast good German fayre
The best hotel I've been in my life. Awesome staff and rooms, with incredibly comfy beds and a bathtub. There is also a sauna and fitness room. Very recommended if you want to visit Erfurt.
Very pleasant, all good. Slightly far from...well anything really. Nothing I walking distance.

Alma Hotel is an excellent choice for staying in Erfurt.
The hotel’s location is outstanding, very close to the main train station (Bahnhof), with all essential shops and services nearby, which made getting around very easy.
The check-in process was quick and smooth, with no complications at all, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Honestly...
Very nice hotel, great breakfast. Beautiful city of Erfurt. Reception night stuff surprisingly rude, actually, I didn't believe how rude. 😂 Day stuff were nice. There is sauna inthe hotel, looks really good and clean.
I was weary of staying here overnight because of the prices of nearby places versus the price of this place. I went ahead and booked it since I needed some sleep and I wanted something cheap. My booking was last minute so I got there about 20mins after booking online and my room was ready. Wow! It was a great! place to stay. The room was clean and nice! I can say my stay there was very nice warm welcome and the breakfast is very deluctable taste . The Waiter is very nice and with a sense of humor. Very friendly environment.
Super nice hotel, is centrally located in the old town of Erfurt. It is just a 6-minute walk to the cathedral. The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating. We would love to come back next year. Keep it up.
A well-located, clean hotel with a roof garden. Unfortunately, the entrance is not easy to find on a first visit.

Attention, check-out is until 11:00 AM! ✔️ Trip.com incorrectly states 12:00 PM - please correct.
Very good though
Very nice hotel with a great atmosphere, good breakfast, the only drawback was that the room was very small; it wasn't possible to open two suitcases at the same time.
Very well located in the center, very helpful staff
Walking distance from the train station
Unlucky in terms of peace and quiet, as sidewalk cleaning work across the street caused a lot of noise until late at night
An okay hotel with a dated 90s vibe. Clean and decent overall, but the room was too hot with no AC. Breakfast was poor: herring and sponge cake are on offer, but if you want something modern or healthy you’ll have to look elsewhere. The photos felt misleading and four stars is definitely a stretch.
Great choice!
Great location very close to train station. Nice, historic hotel. Staff very friendly and free breakfast was great. Would have been nice to have a mini-fridge where I could keep my Bier though:)
Good hotel for a short break
Good location; rooms okay; fair value for money; very friendly and attentive staff; parking within walking distance

Nice place a little bit outside Erfurt. I've stayed here many times on business trips; can't complain!
Beautiful property. Great and friendly service. Beautiful amenities, wonderful food. We would rent again.
The mirror in the room was greasy, the bathroom wasn't clean, the large bed was actually two single beds pushed together with a gap, and the restaurant with beer garden terrace was closed due to staff shortage.
Great halfway point between Frankfurt and Berlin. The staff was friendly and helpful, parking was available for a fee, the rooms were clean and comfortable, it was quiet, and breakfast was delicious.
Very good hotel where you stay with dogs in some rooms. Good location. Clean big rooms, AC, minibar, terrace, private parking slot. Breakfast was super. Hotel was better than many other 4 stars hotel.
Nice and clean space to rest. Good breakfast.

A very nice older hotel. We weren’t enthused by cleaning staff opening the door and walking in at 8am. The pillows also left a lot to be desired, but that just seems to be the status quo for Germany. Beyond this the hotel facilities were pretty expansive: steak house, sports bar, bowling etc. a short stroll from town. The rooms were a little older but well furnished as were the bathrooms.
Unfortunately we didn't get a table for dinner on two evenings and had to look for a restaurant in town, although there were free tables when we left that were still free two hours later.
Hotel area: Very good.
Restaurant: Service (for hotel guests) very bad
The service was great. The breakfast area seemed to be a brewery. It was a great feeling. The roof was made of transparent glass.
Well worth a visit.
Room very clean and tidy with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were very nice and helpful bearing in mind that our German is very limited. Hotel is nicely situated with only a short walk in to town. Arnstadt has a beautiful old town centre with a great cafe opposite the Rathaus for afternoon coffee and strudel / ice cream sundaes etc . The breakfast is very rich and I like it. The room is well heated and very comfortable to stay in during winter. The room layout and bedding are also extremely comfortable. I will come again next time.
Breakfast buffet and food at the restaurant were both great! Staff very friendly.

Still all in all a positive experience.

Very nice and quiet location close to sights and parks. Very nice breakfast.
We spent three days in Weimar to se the Goethe Wohnhaus, Bauhaus Museum etc. We did not use bar or restaurant- instead, we tried restaurants nearby - traditional German restaurant, modern hipster-style Vietnamese burger restaurant, modern European restaurant...so much to choose from in Weimar...
Very nice. Parking was tricky. Great check staff member!
Excellent service
The front desk staff was great and showed patience with us as we toured Weimar. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful. No coffee service unless you get the full breakfast. Pricey but convenient. Hotel does having garage parking for daily fee but is convenient.
The property was very nice, felt like living in the era of Goethe! The park in front of it was amazing and being so close to the old town was a huge plus. Parking is just in front of the hotel. There was a Syrian guy at the reception who was incredibly friendly and professional!

I had a good experience at Leonardo Hotel. A little far from the city centre, but perfectly connected with bus no. 1. The bed was very comfortable. I would only suggest adding some English channels/the possibility of adding English subtitles on TV for non-German speakers.

Very nice hotel. no AC in the rooms so not sure what they do during summer. The surrounding area is awesome. Pets are allowed. Very clean, great breakfast.
Very unfriendly, very aloof. The hotel's decor is somewhat reminiscent of the GDR era. The beer from the vending machine could only be removed with considerable force.
The room is clean and tidy, the scenery outside is as beautiful as an oil painting, breakfast must be ordered, it is delicious, opposite the hotel is a super large park, the scenery along the way to the city is so beautiful, I will stay in this hotel next time I go to Weimar

Superb location- five minutes to schloss and Herzog Museum and old town on foot. Park is across the street. Overnight parking on street and a great base to travel to Eisennach or Bad Langersaltz by car. Highly recommend
Such a fantqstic experience staying at this hotel. The staff were very very friendly, well turned out, happy and genuinely happy in their work. My wife and Ibfelt totally at home, and we are already planning our return.
Great location by the castle, the castle park, and within easy walking distance of shopping and dining.
The breakfast is excellent. We also really enjoyed the dinner options.
Top hotel with lots of attention to detail and I can only recommend it. From the outside the hotel looks relatively normal, but then... then comes a big "wow". The location, facilities, room size, restaurant, nothing was missing. Even though we only chose one night, it was enough to say: we'll be back.

Beautiful hotel, big rooms and the area is amazing. It is better than expected.
Check-in stops at 6pm, so if you arrive after, you'll have to go round the back to call a number. Bit weird but other than that great room. BEWARE! You CANNOT see the castle from the hotel. "Castle View" is just clipbait! Nevertheless, the old part of the town is not far away. Gotha is beautiful and definitely worth a visit.
Middle in the centrum, Parking lot is available. The rooms are really big, many of the even with cooking place, refrigator, water Boiler. All rooms are very clean, and the staff is very polite. Breakfast also great, I was here many times, and come evety time back when i go to Gotha

Breakfast is super
The service was excellent, especially in the SPA in general. Nadine and Carsten were especially kind and helpful, always. Breakfast and restaurant meals were delicious, service as well. The only recommendation would be to air the room before a check-in, ours was quite humid and stuffy but got better after opening the windows and waving a towel around.
All in all highly recommended!
The Hotel is placed in the forest just outside of Ilmenau, Germany, on a private country road. Our initial view of the Hotel was from the side as this is how the road enters the property. We always eat at the Marienturm when we are in Rudolstadt. In my opinion, there is nothing comparable if you are looking for good food and excellent service. The mix of classic Thuringian dishes and varied alternative dishes is what makes it special. Small and manageable menu where everyone will find something.
