Ground floor is the loudest party place in town. Receptionist told us the place will stop with the partying at 12:30-1AM at the latest but this was not true, around 1AM was when the party actually starts to pick up.
I asked the waitress of the bar and she said that they typically close around 3-4AM which is what happened. We came in very tired and just wanted to sleep. Staying in the back room helps but is still pretty loud.
Given other reviews are positive I assume non-weekend days might be ok.

This is a family management hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is the centre of Aidipsos and you can find everything you want nearby. The only disadvantage is the bar in front of the hotel which plays loud music until the 2 o’clock. If you close the windows the music is almost affordable especially if you have small childrens. We will visit this hotel again for sure…

Excellent listed building, fully renovated with all amenities right in the center of the city! The room is spacious, spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and a beautiful view! The hotel staff was very kind and willing to give us information about the city! There were restaurants and cafes just a few steps away, while the nearest beach was 50m away! I recommend it unreservedly to anyone who visits Loutra Edipsos and it will definitely be our choice on the next vacation there!

Plus: Modern, clean, spacious, light room, comfortable large bed, excellent location above the town's coolest bar. Great value for money
Minus: a few basic things were missing (like a glass in the bathroom, spare toilet paper). There are no mosquito nets on the french doors (you need them). Maintenance is not the best so wear and tear is showing.
Bottom line - I'd stay here again quite happily

Excellent service, friendly owners, clean rooms, high quality furnitures and bed, perfect breakfast and the best coffee in town! Would recommend this hotel for any occasion.

I had a cold draft beer in the outside bar. Friendly people. Very nice location.
