Where to stay with pets in Kissamos

Breakfast is served with a lot of love and care – you can really feel it. You feel very welcome here, almost like part of the family. I can genuinely recommend this place to everyone

The air conditioning was insufficient for four people in a room and it turns off as soon as you leave the hotel room because the key Deactivates or activates the air conditioning

The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. The beds are truly comfortable, and the air conditioning cools the room perfectly. The kitchen is functional and has everything you need

we stayed for a week and had a really great time but I wish the room had proper beds for four people two parents and two children and that air conditioning was available in both rooms

Excellent position, nice quaint family-run hotel, very helpful staff, across the road from the beach. A/C somehow not so cold and not so strong

The people who run the hotel are absolutely wonderful very attentive And willing to help with just about anything, but you will need a vehicle if you’re planning to eat or prepare food in your kitchen because the hotel has very limited offerings outside of breakfast

Just for those who are looking for a self catering option - you would be a little limited if you wished to cook as there was no microwave or oven, just 2 stove rings, and no toaster or grill

Amazing views of sunrise and the ocean from our room! Great stay, close to the waterfront restaurants. Lovely staff. Highly recommend.

We had dinner and came back later with hopes of a warmer jacuzzi again. Went back to the desk and she called the mgr ,he said give it till the morning. The manager was busy but would look at it

Went out for a little while and coming back the lady at the desk said after looking at it the manager said it was broken and they had to order a part which could take a week

Met him back at the room and he said it was working fine , and that 30c was normal. I asked about the part he ordered and he said that was just incase but it was not broken

We went out for an hour or so and looked forward to a warmer jacuzzi. I went to the desk and she came back with me. He said it was in eco mode and had her fix it

Excellent hotel with an excellent location in the west part of Crete, very quiet and near a lovely beach. It is modern, very clean, comfortable and very pretty as well. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Armela

Lovely, clean villa of a complex in a very convenient location — within walking distance of the local beach and just a short drive from Kissamos restaurants and nightlife, Chania, and the world-famous beaches of Falassarna, Elafonissi, and Balos (reachable by boat)

She has been a wonderful host during our entire stay and we appreciated very much her advices & tips about the region. There are a few very good places to eat within walking distance, including a taverna with fresh fish

We had a great time at the terrace on the beach, where you can have very good breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks and drinks all day, You need a car to go to the nearest supermarket and shops

The staff are always happy to help you with all your needs, and are very welcoming. This is our second visit to the Azure Beach Villas and my wife and I are looking forward to visiting again next year

However, when you go somewhere, they switch off the airconditioning and then you come back smell is not nice again. Yard ir beautiful, but if you want to sit outside or you live in 1st flor - cats are evrythere

Beach is always empty, even during high season, so you have private beach! Water is warm, nice not to big waves. 1-2m stones and later perfect sand. This is family hotel, staff is so nice and friendly

Always available for every need, we appreciated their kindness, even to welcome you every night to simply say "Good night". The apartments are fully equipped and the beach is really 10 meters away

We usually had breakfast on the beach using tables offered by the owners. The position is perfect to visit all the most beautiful beaches in the west part of the island

Let's start with the owners: Manolis and his mother Stella are really lovely and fantastic people and they do all it's possible to make your holiday relaxing

Marinakis family are realy nice people, Stella the mother, who rans the hotel together with Manolis, her son, who is an historion and archiologist, they are never tired to take care and advise about the area, things to do and give visitors a great feeling of a wonderfull vacation

You also have to pay extra for air conditioning, it gets super hot at night so you can't sleep without. Location is fine, close to the center of Kissamos

We stayed at Bikakis for 5 days and have nothing to complain. Our room was comfortable and had a great balcony with a view. Our host Yannis was super friendly and helpful. Great place with great value. 10/10

It’s not a five star hotel, so don’t expect bells and whistles, but the rooms are clean, comfy and have everything one needs for good night sleep. Truly value for money! The owner of the hotel is kind and very helpful

The breakfast was good, the coffee excellent, the parrot was so beautiful and the lady turkey with her chick were a bless, the garden is also a dream and the view was one of millions!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sapphire Blue Suites & Sapphire Horizon Suites. Perfectly located in Kissamos, it was a peaceful escape from the busy crowds of Chania while still being close to some of Crete’s best beaches

The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay on the west side of the island

The wonderful ladies working at the hotel greeted us so kindly, each and every day, and truly went above and beyond in their service. In order to truly explore beyond Kissamos, you definitely need a car

What a gem of a hotel! If you are looking for a place to stay in the Chania region close to the best beaches in all of Crete, but not directly in the touristy area of Chania old town, look no further

Great place after a disgusting disaster at Balos Beach Hotel. Sapphire had wonderful staff and big apartments with huge balconies and water views. very comfortable beds and a washer in the apartment

On arrival (late night), there was clear communication to check into our room. The rooms are very clean and spacious, showers are amazing and the beds are very comfortable

The location is very central, close to a good range of restaurants and bars and the beach is a 10 minute walk away for anyone who doesn’t have a car. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending a stay here - first class in my eyes

My stay at the Mirtilos studios was nothing other than fantastic!! From booking with them directly (excellent email communication) to arranging the airport transfer was seamless

There are plenty of excellent places to eat within a very short walk and rooms have self catering options. The staff were pleasant, unobtrusive, spoke English and were accommodating

(If you guys get to read this, thanks again for the hospatilty and for making our stay unforgettable :-)) We are frequent travellers but we have never experienced a better service than here, it was absolutely splendid! The location of the hotel is close to Phalasarna beach, but also Balos and Elafonisi can be reached easily

We stayed for 3 nights at Casa D'Irene but wished it would have been many more days! We felt very welcomed from the moment we stepped into the hotel until the very last second! Giorgos and Giannis are great hosts, super kind, caring, full of tips and both doing their utmost to ensure you have a great time

If you are considering taking half board - defintely go for it! Every evening you'll get to choose from the a la carte menu and both quality and quantity are outstanding

The food is absolutely amazing! The breakfast variety is huge, there are a lot of different fresh juices, pastries, fruits and warm stuff to choose from

The pool area is really cosy with the pool bar right next to it. We got a maisonette room which was very spacious, bright, modern and spotlessly clean
