We arrived the 27th of august 2025. From the first day we arrived we found a dead cockroach in the balcony of our room, and then during the night an alive very big cockroach in the room, which the receptionist killed. The next day we found another one and they changed our room. The 30th in the new room in the morning a cockroach it fell from the ceiling of the wall to my body. As our consumer right we requested the total refund because it’s the third time that happend. The secretary in the hotel told us that they can’t make any refund. She called the hotel manager, and the manager told that they can maximum make a discount. But it’s not possible three days in a row to find cockroach, it’s not healty and they bring ilness. We request a full refund from the hotel, the worst hotel experience. The only positive thing was the pool and some hotel staff were friendly.

SCAMMERS! They took our money. We made a booking through booking.com which said on the day of our reservation that it had been cancelled. I called the hotel reception to make sure we still had the booking and they said we still have your room and we will see you later. After a long day travelling we arrive at the hotel for them to say we don't have a room. They gave someone else our room AND took all of the money from my account, refusing to give a refund even though we were turned away on arrival. Awful customer service, DO NOT GO HERE.
