We can’t be happier! The staff were so helpful - looked after our every need and they were happy to help! Great hotel close to the beach, restaurants and shopping, and sites. Room was spacious with extra large comfortable bed. Thank you Argo Boutique!

We really liked our stay at Argo. It is well located close to the beach but still at a walking distance from the city. The hotel also has lots of service offers (ability to rent a car, drop off at airport, tour, etc). The main area is a bit small and crowded in the morning, but our room was more calm and private. We had a suite with a hot tub and it was really big and as beautiful as seen in the pictures.

Nice, clean hotel in a very good location, close to the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to the port of Naxos. Very nice and helpful staff.

We did plenty of research on this hotel and read the reviews so we were shocked when we arrived to find it was not a hotel complex but various buildings around a road junction. We requested rooms together and not ground floor as our daughter was with us but got 1 ground floor room with the road only separared by a small terrace and
our daughters room was around the corner on the first level accessed by the road and the shower was in the room with no privacy so it was a good job she was on her own as the is not to all people's taste. We understand that this is a boutique hotel but I
do not thing it meets the rating it has got. We checked out 2 days early and returned to Santorini as the hotel spoilt out stay in Naxos . There were mosquito in the rooms and passageways and we got regularly bitten at night even wearing protective bands. The breakfast area was located by the stagnant pool and we had to sit in an alleyway on separate tables. The hygiene was poor. The very small pool was not a large enough to swim in or sit round and take the photos on the web site with a large pinch of salt and a very wide angle.
2 positives was its location and they provided a good taxi service (for an additional charge).

Location was very convenient to beach, shopping and restaurants. However, bathroom design in our room for three people was terrible. Tiny toilet room with separate door next to a sink area with very minimal counter space, next to "clear door shower" with clear window facing room exterior door. Hard to believe they gave a room with no shower privacy to a group of three adults (in our case, mom, dad, and adult son). The front desk accommodated us with their best solution ...an additional twin sheet to cover the shower door, We then also draped a bath towel to cover the window to the shower. This certainly detracted from our enjoyment of our room and the overall appearance of it. First time I ever stayed in a hotel room that did not have a fully separate bathroom with a door that could be closed. The shower was also only about three feet from our bed and without a door, when the shower was running it was too noisy to sleep, talk, or hear the tv. In addition to the room issues, the front desk staff was very irresponsible in scheduling our departure taxi after we requested it and confirmed twice in advance. On the morning of our departure, we showed up as planned at 7a.m. with our luggage only to find that the front desk was not staffed to do our checkout and had not arranged the promised transportation. Eventually a taxi was called and we were able to get to the airport in time. Naxos is a lovely island, but if I went again, I certainly would not stay at the Argo Boutique Hotel.

Hard to locate the office but once found the staff walked us to our room and were very friendly and helpful. Room was big and balcony was a nice place to sit!

Cute quaint boutique hotel. Im sorry i didnt just go straight to naxos insead of stopping in mykanos first. Friendly and accomodating. would definitely go back or suggest to others. Breakfast were traditional and home made. Car rental on premises. Super friendly staff and very helpful. perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

The staff (special shoutout to Nicola at the front desk) were all amazing and the stay was incredible.
The breakfast had a large variety of great options.
We stayed in two different rooms at this hotel. The first nights were in one of the larger suites and we loved our stay here. It was quiet and everything about the room was perfect.
Our last nights were in a smaller queen room and although the facilities were still very nice, it was loud. The doors to all the rooms are near each other so we heard all our neighbours coming and going (voices and slamming doors), waking us up.
The noise in the second room was the only downside of our stay here, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone else coming to Naxos!

This is a boutique hotel - it's small in size, but not in service. It's an easy walk to wonderful restaurants. The staff is very good.

We stayed here for 7 nights, and although 6 of them were enjoyable, the first 24 hours was simply not acceptable….

- we had booked an expensive room that included a steam room (as part of a large shower room), and a plunge pool (which was in the room)
- as soon as we got into the room the smell of chlorine was much stronger than you’d expect, and the room felt hot, so we adjusted one of the Air Cons (albeit one was not working, and neither was the humidifier)
- we also did not have hot water on the day of arrival, nor the next morning
- the WiFi was not working, but it did after they reset things
- the coffee machine was broken
- one of the tv’s did not work
- the room also felt ‘old’ and not well maintained, it was not what we expected considering the cost

So we raised these points, and we expected customer service levels that reflected the cost of staying at such a hotel. One lady was good, however the owner came across as rude, as did the lady asking for room details at breakfast (a real lack of customer service levels). At lunchtime on our second day we were shown a different room type, which was marginally cheaper, and we moved rooms, however there was no apology given to us at any point.

The new room was so much nicer, it was a 5/5, the very opposite of the old room, as this one was well maintained, and felt modern. On one level was the normal amenities + balcony, and then upstairs was a bath, and another balcony that included a hot tub. We really liked it, and it was a relaxing room to be in.

Unfortunately the first 24 hours, the volume of issues faced, and how we were treated, and then how the owner tried to rush us into the new room (after her colleague had literally just said we could move in the morning), whilst coming across as rude, was an awful start. Such a shame, as our experience post that was positive, however the first 24 hours was impactful, and you cannot treat customers like that and expect a positive review.
