Both Rania and the hotel manager were sincerely concerned and apologetic. I hope he never does that to any other guest again and quite frankly, I think he is a deficit to an otherwise perfect, amazing hotel

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the pool area was clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The location couldn’t be better – quiet, yet close to everything

The resort itself is fantastic: the location is perfect, the food was excellent with plenty of variety, and the swimming pool was a real highlight — always clean and inviting

Service at the hotel is exceptional, reception are so helpful - restaurant, pool and beach staff super friendly and efficient and bedrooms are large and spotlessly clean, but perhaps could do with a brighter makeover

If you want a relaxed Naxos Hotel then the Plaza Beach hotel is ideal. Lovely facilities, bar,pools,gym,mini mart , beach. Local transport at the door step. Nice and friendly staff from check in to service staff

Beach loungers were included but good umbrellas were an extra charge. The hotel offered free umbrellas but they were basically rain umbrellas- not strong enough for the constant sea breeze or big enough for two people

Nice quiet hotel on beach with large pool. Room is wonderful with nice upgrade and super comfy bed.

Couldn't fault , highly recommended

Breakfasts are limited to a few things only but it was completely enough for us. I wish the toilet was modern as it was something new to me to throw the toilet paper to the bin (as almost everywhere in Greece)

This hotel is 3 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes to the center of town. Great location for sure! Kostas was a great host! He made us an excellent breakfast and made us feel right at home.

The balcony was so spacious and comfortable, as well as the rooms being very clean and comfortable. We were a close enough walk to the main town area, but far enough away it was very quiet

Hotel Delfini was an absolute delight to stay at for our few days on Naxos. Kostas was an incredible host and gave great recommendations for meals and places to visit

It was decadent to sit on the terrace and enjoy breakfast made by his daughter. The hotel is a minute walk from the beach - super quiet and very comfortable

The rooms are spotless and comfortable, a clean and quiet sanctuary after a day in the sun. The location is perfect: literally just a two-minute walk to St. George Beach, and a nice stroll into Naxos Town

The pool is large and also had a small children’s section. Had a nice big room just off from the pool. They also have their own car hire and we hired a car for 3 days. Ava couldn’t have been more helpful

Evagelia and her lovely family were very welcoming and friendly and Eva even offered to give us a lift to the Port when our transfer didn't turn up! Absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend

A special mention for Baggelis on reception, who will go out of his way to help with any query or problem that may arise and always with a smile and to Dimitri, the best barman in Greece We have been to Naxos many times, and in the early years, we stayed in several different hotels on the island, but since we discovered Aegean Palace, we have never stayed anywhere else, and we have never been disappointed

When you walk out of Aegean and turn right, you will come to so many bars and restaurants that you will be spoiled for choice, and if you turn left and walk a few hundred yards, you will come to the start of some of the best unspoiled beaches in the Aegean

Everyone there was so kind, helpful, and welcoming with big smiles always on their faces, it honestly felt like staying with family. Big thank you to the employees in the reception, amazing customer satisfaction

We stayed at the Aegean Palace for 5 days. We were very happy with their hospitality, willingness to accommodate our wishes at any time. Beautiful view and beautiful rooms, also a generous breakfast display

She ran to get us medications from her own house, helped us get the right medication, made phone calls to pharmacies, and constantly checked in to make sure our little girl was okay

The room has an ama,ing view, very clean, the bead was very comfortable, excellent customer service, pool area is very nice, the hotel is in front of the ocean, very clpse to the beach restaurants

Theproperty is very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens supplied, the bathroom was modern with plenty of strong hot water

Many choices but a little repetitive and not hot enough. Area was nice with a beach just steps away and town also within a short distance, lots of choices of food and shopping

Had issue with Wifi in our room and had no hot water because they had problems with the boiler.

It was a nice hotel but amenities could be better. Shower sometimes only cold water

We stayed at the family suite which has 2 king beds. The suite is very spacious and comes with its own front yard and backyard. Overall, the suite is clean and well-maintained, and reasonably close to amenities

Naxos Holiday Hotel is in a great location. Far enough from the port to escape the noise, yet within walking distance of beautiful beaches, city center, and an amazing grocery store (right next door)

The communication with staff via whatsapp was smooth. There is no private parking though so you either park on the street or at a public car park nearby. Would be a good place for extended stay

There’s also a beach at walking distance. I also think that it is unfair when a review takes off a star only because the sheets are not fitted. People need to learn how to tate a place

For the Americans reading this, you'll be saddened on your next Trader Joe's / Whole Foods trip. The hotel staff is helpful and very friendly

Fabulous stay in September with my Mum. Staff all lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast very good, plenty of choices. Rooms basic as expected but clean. Aircon didn’t work one day but was repaired quickly

The rooms were modern, spotless, and tastefully decorated in a minimalist Cycladic style. Our room had a spacious balcony with a fantastic view of the sea, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening sunsets

This hotel was great for our 4-day stay in Naxos. It is walkable to the city center and a 3-minute walk to the beach. The room was clean and quiet and the staff was very nice.

We can recommend the cocktails- mango daiquiri in particular! The breakfast is very good- lots of fresh homemade produce and the staff are super helpful, dialling out for pizza delivery when we arrived late due to a delayed ferry! We would easily return here as it was a good base for our holiday

The glass doors to the balcony are double glazed which minimises most of the outside noise at night. The bathroom was compact but had decent hot water & pressure. I did not partake in breakfast

This is the place to stay for a couple visiting Naxos! Such a beautiful location overlooking the temple of Apollo. It's right next to the port and ferry terminal but is not crowded or noisy at all

Georgia Mare is a wonderful hotel. Everything is new and in perfect condition. The location is very good, away from the tourist area but easy to walk to. Superb restaurants are 4-5 minutes away

This a a friendly family run hotel. When we arrived we were given a lovely clean and tidy room with street views. The hotel is located at the corner of a quiet street which is within walking distance of the port

It is a new building with modern furnishings and everything you will need for your stay. The room we used was for two and was wide enough. The terraces are also large, but seclusion is impossible if you have neighbors

This was a great choice for our Naxos island stay. It is directly across from a beach but it was a wind/kite surf kind of beach. The lovely sandy beaches were just a short walk from the hotel

Had very atmospheric experience 🥰 We came from the ferry around midday on a very hot day

(we left our luggage at the reception on the last day) We spent lovely 6 days here watching the sunset and sunrise on our little balcony and catching the sea breeze at night

Climbing wonderful little streets and stairs of old town, full of colourful bougainvillea flowers, we stopped every now and then to take a glimpse at something astonishingly beautiful

They allowed us to check in earlier and thwyare very friendly. They are willing to help and the view from our room seeing the water is magnificent. The room is basic but I still recommended it and the AC is powerful

and the BLUE view opened up coming through blue balcony railings. Close to the port and the center of old town with its little winding streets and excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops of all kinds

A small (13 rooms) and charming hotel with best view of old town and portara. Tina is doing a fantastic and enthusiatic work in reception and making traditional greek breakfast downstairs (12€pp)

We were so impressed by the hotel! It was in an amazing location right at the centre of the old town. Our room was big and spacious for a good price

The shower was awesome heat and pressure and the AC was wonderful. Our room had a small fridge and cooktop (didn't use). We planned to do Tina's breakfast, but never did because our plans started at weird times

She and her husband stayed up crazy late to be sure found it ok and spent so much time going over a map and suggestions about Naxos. We had a room with a Q (or double?) and 2 twins, which worked out great

The view over the port and Temple of Apollo is amazing. Our room was small but sufficient and kept spotless with daily cleaning and linens changed every other day. Staff is friendly and accommodating

Remote but great property This is at the far end of Plakka Beach. You will need a car to explore better restaurants. The bus is about 1km from the hotel. The property is clean and comfortable

If you are looking to be a little way from the action this is the place. If you want to be nearby shops and restaurants I would suggest Aguia ans Anna beaches

The hotel is close to the port of the island as it is located on Plaka beach. The sea is a 2 minute walk if you want to swim
