Naxos Beach Hotel

The room was more expensive than it should have been. The swimming pool was OK, but not great. Breakfast was poor. Coffee and orange juice were awful. On the othe hand, the staff were very helpful and the room was well cleaned.

We booked this hotel at the last minute when another hotel we had planned to stay in fell through. In hindsight, we are so glad it did. We were immediately made welcome and the family room was the best we stayed in over 5 hotels in our 2 week trip. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. This hotel was great for our 4-day stay in Naxos. It is walkable to the city center and a 3-minute walk to the beach. The room was clean and quiet and the staff was very nice.

We had a 1 day delay in arrival due to strong winds and "saiing ban" from Santorini, and missed out of one of our prepaid nights, which we looked at as "sunk cost". However, upon checkout the hotel granted us a full refund of the night we didn't stay there which was a very positive and nice gesture by Eirini Sorokou. Their hospitality at the hotel was remarkable! We would love to come back to Naxos...

Walkable from ferry and to airport but feels a little far still from the core. Hotel seems family run and all very nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Had to pay to use hottub and sauna so was very disappointed learning this as was very excited to use the hot tub :(. I recently stayed at the Anatoli hotel and was absolutely blown away by the level of service and the quality of the amenities. Sea view from the balcony was great. But what I dont like at this hotel; - shower area is too small - leaving the key at reception, really not safe and not comfortable

The hotel need major renovations to be able take advantage of its location

The room was clean and the balcony view was amazing. The room had everything you would need, hairdryer, hanging space etc. My only slightly negative was the bathroom light was just the overhead mirror light so when you’re in the shower it was a little dark and the bed mattress was on the hard side. But, overall it was a great hotel for the price and location. We would stay again.

Quiet and convenient for our needs

Family run hotel. Everything is very clean.Very helpful owners. Beautiful pool. Close to beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Room was spotless and functional for a family of four. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for families.

Enjoyable 4 nights stay here. Pool was nice. Great location close to the restaurants and beach. Requested for a double bed but was given separate twins. Quite noisy as our room was on the road side.

Andreas was so friendly and accommodating. The pool was well maintained and our room was perfect! We traveled with our 19month-old and the 2 minute walk to the beach was perfect.

Great stay at a lovely hotel. It was clean, room was cleaned everyday, facilities were great. There’s no WiFi in the rooms but if you’re close to the garden you can just connect to that one. When I checked in there was no one at the reception desk so had to wait a little while. But it was a wonderful stay.

Excellent location if you’re looking for something quiet (7-8mins to the town centre of naxos). Good value for money with good service and friendly staff. Decent breakfast but pool could be cleaned more often.

The hotel room had a great view of the blue dome chapel, the castle, sea and mountain views. The rooftop swimming pool and the bar is a must go. The staffs there were very friendly and attentive.

Although it is not centrally located at the heart of the old town, it still only minutes from the waterfront. The facility is new and well designed with minimalist but luxurious look and feel. And I really love the smell of the blanket, I had a great sleep there. I will definitely come back again if I ever visit Naxos in the future.

Service is good, the lady owner tries her best to help us. However issue is there is no 24/7 reception so that is an issue because we sometimes cannot locate the owner. But she is friendly. Room is clean and view is great and location is good, near to the port. However be careful of the taxi scams.. good to have the owner call one for you. Safe location as well (2 women travellers)

We cannot say more about alenor city and Diana. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and unfortunately had originally booked a stay somewhere else. We were very uncomfortable with our first place and needed a new place to stay. We found Alenor City had a place to stay so we drove over at 11 pm hoping to secure a room. The rooms are comfy and clean, and the hosts are very lovely and welcoming. So convenient to everything, including a very short walk to St George beach. And an easy 10-15 minute walk to the ferry docks. I’m a frequent visitor to the island of Naxos, and Zeus Hotel has become my favourite place to stay in Naxos Town. I will definitely stay here again.

We loved our week stay. The view over the port and Temple of Apollo is amazing. Our room was small but sufficient and kept spotless with daily cleaning and linens changed every other day. Staff is friendly and accommodating.The location is high in old town which means a lot of steps to reach hotel. Rooftop has even more expansive views.

Incredible experience! The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is breathtaking (especially at sunset), the room was nice and clean, and Tina was really accommodating. The hotel was excellent, it has very good wifi, it has parking, they lend you umbrellas, popsicles, a beach ball and much more for free! Emanuele gave us recommendations for the entire island, everything he recommended was excellent! It is located 10 minutes from the center on foot! Don't hesitate to go somewhere else, this is your place!

Very well priced and value for money stay. The room was always clean. The breakfast was good to start your day. The studios are at walking distance (approx. 15 min) from the city of Naxos and the Port and thankfully they offer parking. The staff was very polite and willing to help. Highly recommended

The hotel is located close to the beach and not too far from the centre. The room was comfortable but if you like quiet, do not take the one on the semi-basement. Breakfast was delicious and the receptionist was very friendly and thoughtful.
