The room was more expensive than it should have been. The swimming pool was OK, but not great. Breakfast was poor. Coffee and orange juice were awful. On the othe hand, the staff were very helpful and the room was well cleaned.

We booked this hotel at the last minute when another hotel we had planned to stay in fell through. In hindsight, we are so glad it did. This hotel was great for our 4-day stay in Naxos. It is walkable to the city center and a 3-minute walk to the beach. The room was clean and quiet and the staff was very nice.

We had a 1 day delay in arrival due to strong winds and "saiing ban" from Santorini, and missed out of one of our prepaid nights, which we looked at as "sunk cost". However, upon checkout the hotel granted us a full refund of the night we didn't stay there which was a very positive and nice gesture by Eirini Sorokou. Their hospitality at the hotel was remarkable! We would love to come back to Naxos...

The room was clean and the balcony view was amazing. The room had everything you would need, hairdryer, hanging space etc. My only slightly negative was the bathroom light was just the overhead mirror light so when you’re in the shower it was a little dark and the bed mattress was on the hard side. We hired 4 sunbeds and had a great time. The pool and the views were superb. Sophia and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We.really enjoyed the breakfasts, club sandwiches, frozen aperol spritz and the frozen glasses for the beer. Although it is not centrally located at the heart of the old town, it still only minutes from the waterfront. The facility is new and well designed with minimalist but luxurious look and feel. Service is good, the lady owner tries her best to help us. However issue is there is no 24/7 reception so that is an issue because we sometimes cannot locate the owner. But she is friendly. We loved our week stay. The view over the port and Temple of Apollo is amazing. Our room was small but sufficient and kept spotless with daily cleaning and linens changed every other day. Incredible experience! The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is breathtaking (especially at sunset), the room was nice and clean, and Tina was really accommodating.
