Naxos Holidays in Naxos Chora

This is by no means a "bad" review, but I will be honest about a few things I would have liked to know before I chose to book this place. 1) It is not so much a hotel as it is an apartment. We were greeted by a woman when we pulled up in the taxi who pointed us to our unit and told us someone would be by to give us more information. He did come by and he provided a phone number we could text with any problems. Note that although it is advertised, there is NO front desk. We had an issue with our sinks and hot tub and went looking for the front desk. Couldn't find it so we texted the given number and quite literally got left on read. The one thing that is hotel-like about this place is that they have a nice lady come clean the rooms each day. Just be careful because she doesn't knock before entering. 2) Our hot tub wasn't working the first day. I think the temperature sensor must've been broken because even though it said 34 degrees Celsius, it was cold. We cranked it up as high as it went on the second day and it was actually warm enough to enjoy. But note that it takes HOURS to heat up. They told me about 1 degree per hour. So turn it on before you go out for the day and it should be warm enough by the end. 3) They do tell you this in the email confirmation, but I missed it and I imagine many other people do too. They charge a deposit to the card on file, but the remaining balance is due in cash at time of check in. We were ill prepared for this so we had to text the number to arrange for someone to come collect cash from us. 4) There are multiple hotels called Euphoria. You will need to tell a taxi to take you to Euphoria Suites, NOT Euphoria downtown. 5) They leave a menu in the room for a nearby restaurant Nobell 22. Don't eat at that restaurant. We got takeout our first night because we were too tired to go any farther. Would not recommend in the slightest. Overall, the room itself is quite nice. It is like the photos, minus a few staging decorations. The location is not ideal. You will be walking 15 minutes at least to get to any decent restaurant or the one beach close enough to walk to. Outside of that you will need to taxi which is very expensive. Personally, I wouldn't stay here mainly due to the location. But it was a nice room and well within budget.

Nice breakfast; 2 coffee machines, filtered water (which was great to fill up our bottles), boiled eggs, very nice bread variety, yogurt, fruit salad, green cheese, sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumber, sweet side also, and more.
Staff was very friendly and lady at reception was quite helpful explaining the locations in the island and roads to avoid with a scooter.

Lacked more shade in the pool area. Nice big pool. Also didn’t like that the sheets in the bed weren’t fitted, just two base sheets, which meant that at night we slept on the bed directly.
Great stay as we were very close to the center, with the scooter like 2 minutes.
