Great hotel and excellent service.
Feels like home. Great food, drinks and tasty deserts. Rooms have all the necessities, though are a bit dated. 5-minute walk to the beach.
It is a normal hotel for Greece , almost good:) Only problem we have faced is that there is not park place at all.

Hotel very nice, staff very helpful especially Marianne went above and beyond to help. Pool area excellent and pool bar food was perfect. Restaurant food breakfast only was excellent (hotel was only bed and breakfast).
Modern and beautiful bedrooms, fully equipped and clean. The pool is amazing and it has a bar from where you can buy refreshments and snacks while enjoying sunbathing or swimming. The location of the hotel is great, in the heart of Hanioti and 5 min walk from the beach. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and supermarkets in 2-6 min walking distance.
The location is beautiful, clean, has a restaurant and swimming pool, comfortable rooms, very kind staff, the rooms are cleaned every day. You can pay by card or cash. The location is very close to the beach, about 7 minutes and 5 minutes from Hanioti where there are many shops and terraces, restaurants.
Great hotel, very clean, beautiful pool, tasty breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. Possibly more suitable for couples then families with kids as there are no doors into the bathroom. Also the beach in the town was very dirty when we arrived.
We were thankful that when our initial visit fell apart due to the fact that our car broke down in the middle of the road, the hotel agreed to reschedule our reservation and we just had to pay the season difference to the price. Just back from a fantastic 2 week holiday in the wonderful Hilltop Hotel. Bill Kostas and all the staff are courteous, kind and nothing is too much trouble with all requests taken care of. Our annual trip to this stunning hotel. The views from the Hilltop are my favourite views ever. The hotel has a real family feel. Breakfast has lots of choice for everyone - both cooked continental. A nice place for a holiday with a very helpful staff. They answered all our questions, helped with everything we needed and even offered us some cookies one morning. A great place for people who've never been to Greece before.

Everithing is nearby: city center and the beach, but to be true, Chanioti is a small city so everything is on 5-10minutes walk. Nice place with great sea view.. easy access to the hotel through maps.fairly decent size rooms but with no hanger for swimwear and towels. Very friendly staff and happy to assist. They didnt clean the room at all the whole time coz they mentioned covid 19 which I found it weird. We were asking for towels etc or anything else we needed.. but it was more than fine for a long weekend

Considering price that i have paid for accomodation and servise and food that i have gotten, I have to say that is very good hotel with amazing food and friendly stuff.
The room was good, we had a room for 2 adults and 2 kids was ok. But the bathroom to small and old, The air conditioner was old and after 2 day's broken. . . The breakfast was ok, but missing the vegetables. The dinner was ok. For the price, was a good value 8/10
I stayed here for 7 days for vacation, breakfast and dinner included.. The hotel and the personnel were extra friendly and nice, the rooms are kept clean on a daily basis. The guests have full freedom to sit and engage throughout the hotel balconies and shared areas. The food was extraordinary as well, home cooked and delicious!

Rooms are comfortable and adequate for the time of your holiday, there is plenty to do in the evening and many places to eat out, if you're confident enough, hire a car and go further afield, we had breakfast included and it was excellent.
The location is good and the beach in good (clean water) but mixture of sand and rocks. We were welcomed with info that there is no parking and they cannot help us. Being a small town with narrow roads it is pretty crowded and we ended up parking 150 meters from the hotel. The sunbeds are charged 10 Euro (20 or 25 for the first 2 rows) .
The location of the hotel is right next to the city center, near many shops and the promenade. The hotel is clean and quiet and ideal for a family holiday with children. The suite we had was spacious. Large balcony. The downside to be aware of is the very busy noisy road the hotel is next to.
