The center of the small village is reachable within a 5 min walk, with a lot of restaurants and small shops (mainly for tourists)

The staff were super nice and helpful with all what we needed. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended

The pool area is equally perfect – chic, vibrant, and with the perfect mix of energy and relaxation

Everything was ok, clean beach but with a minus for the sunbeds (there were few and you had to go in the morning to reserve them) but at the pool and in the hotel courtyard there were enough at any time

Difficult to get a lounger on the beach despite the hotels claimed policy to stop people reserving them with towels and leaving them empty

The Beach & Pool The private beach is stunning, with crystal-clear waters and luxurious loungers that invite you to spend endless hours under the sun

Hygiene is at an impeccable level in the room and the bathroom, because the cleaners clean every day, wipe every piece of furniture, and if you leave scattered bedding and things in the room, they will stack and arrange! Bed linen is changed every 5th day

What can i say 3rd time here and gets better and better sakis .vicky. and all staff go out of there way to help rooms are clean and modern also room and bedding changed daily home from home

The hotel is on great location near to the beach and Xanioti Center. There is a parking and free Wi - Fi. The rooms are clean and spacious. Yorgos from the restaurant is very positive and cool person

It's 5 minutes to the sea and on the coast there is a choice with more expensive and less expensive sunbeds, there is an opportunity to lie down for free on your own towel/mat

Good food, decent accommodation, little bit more noise in the evening when room looks in the pool. Kind staff, no major defects.

It is a normal hotel for Greece , almost good:) Only problem we have faced is that there is not park place at all.

It is not a 5-star hotel at all, the food is lousy, the pool is for children, the service is zero empathy the good thing about it is the location

The highlight of our stay was definitely the bar team – both bartenders, Costa & Costa. Absolute professionals and genuinely brilliant people

The pool is a bit small but when you have a wonderful sea 15 m away I think you do not need a pool at wall. I have to say no typical greek food

They didn’t just serve drinks, they created an atmosphere – friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. Every cocktail was spot on, and they made us feel like regulars from day one

Great hospitality from everyone especially the waiters at the pool both Costa guys, Dimo the Ukrainian hard working guy and the bar tender man Roso made our stay very special. Overall the experience was very good

A special mention goes to the bar: the atmosphere was fantastic, the drinks were perfectly prepared, and the bartenders were incredibly welcoming, making every evening enjoyable

it is an older hotel but the rooms are clean, there is a large selection of food. it is located on the beach itself. beach is nice and costs 15 eur for 2 sunbeds. Not bad for 3* star hotel,not 4

if you want more luxury room you cant have that but you get comfortable bed for sleeping and nice meals is everything that you need because anyways you will spend more time on the beautiful beach

Room was cleaned every day and towels changed every other day. Was a quick walk to the beach and a short walk in to town. Wouldn't return as a young family want to be in the pool before 11 and a few other niggles

The main pool is adults only but no signs to say this and kids are not allowed to jump in any part of the pool, again you will be told to stop. When questioned we were told to take this up with who you booked it with

The pool does make your clothes go yellow and if you are in long enough you will look like a minion. The food from the pool bar was good, the shop on site didn't really stock much food

Always a sun bed available by the pool but the pool doesn't open till 11 o'clock and if you go in you will be told to get out

Large rooms but not necessarily cleaned to the standard I would expect from a 4star hotel. Beautiful pool, lovely buffet breakfast. A walk to both the town and the beach which with restricted mobility was not always easy

Hotel is nicely orientated, with great pool area and restaurant is spacious and cozy. Breakfast menu is almost the same every day,but it is well prepared, nicely arranged and well organized

Hotel itself has very good breakfast, room service (being cleaned up daily, very clean rooms) , has a nice balcony and small kitchenette

The bar's Music selection was great, as were the snacks and lunch options. I recommend the club sandwiches. The pool was large and clean, we swam a lot. The location is quiet, yet not far from the town center

The location is not that pleasant, its located in a place called Hanioti, a small village , you will have to drive to find a proper place to swim and eat (mostly in Afytos area) hotel does not have its own parking, you need to find a place to park in street

It’s not a clubbing resort but still plenty to do All the staff were great, friendly polite. Special shout out to the sunbed/beach guy

on arrival our booked apartment wasn't available and we were given a studio until the following lunchtime which wasn't the best of starts to the holliday we were given a pass to get free sunbeds for the week as a compensation The hotel is kept immaculate

our room 120 was cleaned daily to a high standard sheets towels were changed daily

We all really enjoyed the food, only improvement I would suggest there is potentially small signs next to each buffet dish so you know what it is! However not knowing sometimes added to the fun and staff were on hand to ask (we didn’t like to bother them every time!( Great location for a short, flat walk into town square, which was buzzing

For us traveling as a grown up family and on a package deal for the first time ever this hotel was perfect. The rooms were exactly as shown and spotless

Spotless rooms, towels and sheets changed every other day. Plenty of variety for breakfast eat as much as you want. Good menu for lunch and evening meals

It is the best place to relax and unwind. The pool has recently been renovated and is now shallower than before, which for me as a non swimmer was perfect as I could walk 50 lengths a day for exercise

Do any of the big travel operators use this hotel that I can book with we came to this hotel with Thompsons a few years ago we like to come back and see how it changes look in jet2 and TUI to see if they do holiday but can’t find

Had another fabulous holiday at our home from home. This was our 14th holiday at the Hilltop friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble from the cleaners right through to the management

This Hotel is amazing very clean very tidy and it has great amenities the pool is big and clean it's child friendly it's not very deep the rooms are amazing and the breakfast is great big parking for all guests the staff is also very friendly and helpfull always smiling and make you feel very welcome i will stay again for sure

Combine this with a splendid and well kept garden, the outdoor swimming pool and the most friendly and professional staff I have ever had the chance to encounter and I assure you that your stay will be perfect

Hotel is greath ,our room was really good ,big with greath bads ,aircondition and wifi for free. Food was very delicious and lot of choice for eat. They clean rooms every day and change towels

The beach has a few pebbles when you first get in, but our daughter was mostly enjoying the great pool. The place is also super close to the center; we parked the car at the hotel and didn't move it again

Everything was great the pool the outside the food great, except for the rooms the rooms were great but the sink can close but not open the shower head at first it only popped and it was like a hose but then it fully popped off then it was really like a hose

They were always happy to help and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped — we especially appreciated the cozy bed and the peaceful atmosphere

I spent 11 nights at this hotel in June 2024. It's very nice, comfortable and clean hotel, my room was nice, with new furniture and beautiful balcony. The staff was polite and very friendly

We spent a small week at BellaGrecia and I must admit the ratio quality/price was amazing. You get the beach just 2min down the road. The pool is nice (finished at 8pm though :( )

I was several times there with my family and it was definitely a unique vacation. The service was on a top level, the atmosphere was quiet, the pool and bar were amazing! I strongly recommend it! :)

As negative point we could note that the bed were short, so careful if you are tall ! Kitchen included pans, cutlery, salt etc but no oil, no sponge, so you know what to bring or buy :) The local towns are 15 and 30min walk respectively which was fine for us but may discourage others

The room was good, we had a room for 2 adults and 2 kids was ok. But the bathroom to small and old, The air conditioner was old and after 2 day's broken. The breakfast was ok, but missing the vegetables

Considering price that i have paid for accomodation and servise and food that i have gotten, I have to say that is very good hotel with amazing food and friendly stuff.

The guests have full freedom to sit and engage throughout the hotel balconies and shared areas. The food was extraordinary as well, home cooked and delicious!

Great place for families, surrounded by blessed Greek nature and carefully selected flowers! Clean and neat residences, very close to nearby villages and, of course, the sea! Highly recommended!

Beautiful villas in a splendid garden, though not too easy to reach the beach on foot from them.

This hotel was an easy but basic stay. The staff are very kind- they greeted us every time we passed- were funny and provided attentive care poolside. The rooms are spacious with good terrace

The pool area has a great bar, and the cocktails are great. They also do food through the day, which is lovely. The hotel staff are great and can not do enough for you

Air-con is good and the room stayed cool in the daytime when we were away. The hotel landscaping is pretty- lovely flowers and the owner takes lots of care

I didn’t want to use the hand soap because the dispenser looked rusty and sharp, tiny cubicle but good pressure. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the room- but is good at the poolside

Pool is good- but again the decking has seen better days- repairs with black tape and very basic loungers. I think that considering how dated it is this hotel is quite pricy

Hotel Nereides is just off the main square where there are some really nice restaurants, shops, bakeries, etc. The rooms at the hotel are a good size, very clean

I had paid for a Superior Double Room which overlooked the pool - it had a hob, a sink & a phone in the bathroom but that was the only difference apparently between a basic room & mine

Dionysos Hotel was located in a great location in Hanioti with some of the best restaurants nearby. Reception were extremely good (a big shout out to Maria) as were the pool guys

The location is beautiful, clean, has a restaurant and swimming pool, comfortable rooms, very kind staff, the rooms are cleaned every day

After talking to other guests in standard rooms their crockery wasn't removed either so can't understand hotels response to do it myself - pay more & wash up yourself!! I think it's important to talk to the hotel before posting a negative comment so was surprised by the Reception response to my query

They didn't remove any cups or saucers or glasses during my week there & I was informed by Reception that I had a sink so could do it myself!! Not impressed by this as there were no cloths, liquid etc

Not a huge number of beds in the sun so you definitely have to be there early. Breakfast was reasonable- a selection of breads, pastries, fruit, hot & cold food etc
