The hotel is on great location near to the beach and Xanioti Center. There is a parking and free Wi - Fi. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is polite. Yorgos from the restaurant is very positive and cool person.

i had a perfect vecation with my mom. I got everything that i needed for one vecation. the food is great. if you want more luxury room you cant have that but you get comfortable bed for sleeping and nice meals is everything that you need because anyways you will spend more time on the beautiful beach.

Just returned from a 2 week stay. Didn't use the breakfast as the time slots didn't suit so can't comment. Stayed in a standard family suite which was up on the 4th floor with only stairs. Hotel itself has very good breakfast, room service (being cleaned up daily, very clean rooms) , has a nice balcony and small kitchenette. The location is not that pleasant, its located in a place called Hanioti, a small village , you will have to drive to find a proper place to swim and eat (mostly in Afytos area) hotel does not have its own parking, you need to find a place to park in street.
Great resort, highly professional staff, location near the rocky beach, and few steps from the restaurants and shopping area. Pool is excellent. Parking lot is not big enough, suggestion to book it as early as possible (it is located in the street behind the hotel).

Great hotel with super friendly staff (special thanks to Louie!) and really good food! Our trip went so smoothly, we enjoyed every bit of it. The beach has a few pebbles when you first get in, but our daughter was mostly enjoying the great pool. The place is also super close to the center; we parked the car at the hotel and didn't move it again. Big thanks for making our holiday so enjoyable!

Great hotel with pleasant stuff especially lady at the reception. Rooms are cleaned every day with changing towels every other day. Breakfast was good with pretty much same meal choices, but food was well prepared and tasty. Maybe one thing to consider is getting a little better wifi signal in hotel rooms. It was nice holiday in Melathron Chaniotis.
The hotel was great about ten years ago. He has all conditions to be great, but lack of people in staff and bad management make him average.

I spend a wonderful 10 days in this hotel. Personel is awsome, very kind people who are always kind and welcoming to help. Breakfast is great. Hotel is very clean. I can recommend it to everyone and specially to young couples or family with children. Beach and city center are also very close.

From outside the hotel looks very good with private pool. The bathroom is very small, the toilet is behind the door. The shower is not good maintained. Breakfast very poor and not fabulous as it was reviewed by so many guests. The staff is very friendly, the room is clean.
