The hotel is nice don’t get me wrong, but it is in need of some renovation, particularly the sound proofing in the rooms. The service is second to none which makes the experience amazing! You will feel like they really care about your stay and are there to make everything in their power so that you have a great stay. For 1-2 nights you don't get a great hotel room in the main building, but are put in an old, moldy and dark outbuilding. The pillows smelled like mold. But at least we could admire the delivery and employee entrance... I don't think we've ever had such a shabby room for this price!

We had a great time and some of the best hotel food we've ever had. Lots of young children though so if that's not your thing this hotel may not be for you.

Not as expected. We went to several Grecotels but this one is a different standard. Especially the beach is way to crowdy. Sure, the capacity of the house requires such a density. Nevertheless they are possibilities to avoid that. The rooms are also not the state of the art. This house needs a make up. On the other hand, the staff and the food was 5* like. Especially the vegan and vegetarian options...

Hotel Lesse really fulfilled my expectations. A kids friendly hotel, very clean and beautiful, spacious rooms and a terace. The food was delicious, every day different delicacies, the staff was polite and kind. I would come back next year for sure.We had a wonderful time.

This is probably the best customer service I have ever had in my life. But the hotel is old. Bed sheets are thorn or with stains. It is close to the beach. But again, everyone is so nice.

In general it is ok, but there are some issues. Biggest problem is the parking, there is not enough for all cars so they give you option to pay for reserved space but won't give it for free, instead they offer someone to park your car far away but won't bring it back when you need it, they will just tell you where it's parked. Pool water makes your swim suit yellow. Rooms are clean but not in detail...

What can I say -great memories,wonderful atmosphere and very good management! 14 years Lesse is our preferred destination and I don't think this will ever end! This summer we already have 1 visit and 2 reservations coming up:) Anyone with good taste-see you there! Enjoy!

Lovely hotel & staff. Large rooms but not necessarily cleaned to the standard I would expect from a 4star hotel. Beautiful pool, lovely buffet breakfast. Hotel itself has very good breakfast, room service (being cleaned up daily, very clean rooms) , has a nice balcony and small kitchenette. The location is not that pleasant, its located in a place called Hanioti, a small village , you will have to drive to find a proper place to swim and eat (mostly in Afytos area) hotel does not have its own parking, you need to find a place to park in street.

Great resort, highly professional staff, location near the rocky beach, and few steps from the restaurants and shopping area. Pool is excellent. Parking lot is not big enough, suggestion to book it as early as possible (it is located in the street behind the hotel).

Tasty breakfast with various options, ranging from cheese to fresh fruit. Impeccable cleaning and maintenance. The staff were all superbly polite and obviously well trained. The bar's Music selection was great, as were the snacks and lunch options. I recommend the club sandwiches. The pool was large and clean, we swam a lot. There is also a kiddie pool. The location is quiet, yet not far from the town...

Great little "resort" in the middle of the busy Hanioti but still private. Rooms are specious and super clean as there is daily housekeeping. Pool area is kept in pristine condition and large enough. Beautiful location right on the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very relaxing stay was had.

Outstanding experience. The staff is a definition for professionalism. We arrived with a baby, they took great care of us. The rooms are superb and clean. Great beds, spacious bathroom. The restaurant is nice as well. The hotel has their own beach access.

Simply Amazing! The customer service is excellent and the staff is very attentive to every detail. Our view from our balcony was tremendous when waking up to a sunrise and while sipping prosecco at sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at the Ostria Sea Side Hotel!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL, BEAUTIFUL CLEAN ROOMS, A POOL AND A BEACH NEAR THE HOTEL, COME HERE NOW, THE PRICE IS WORTH IT.

Great hotel with pleasant stuff especially lady at the reception. Rooms are cleaned every day with changing towels every other day. Breakfast was good with pretty much same meal choices, but food was well prepared and tasty. Maybe one thing to consider is getting a little better wifi signal in hotel rooms. It was nice holiday in Melathron Chaniotis.

The hotel was great about ten years ago. He has all conditions to be great, but lack of people in staff and bad management make him average.

Good location, clean room, nice staff and free parking

I spend a wonderful 10 days in this hotel. Personel is awsome, very kind people who are always kind and welcoming to help. Breakfast is great. Hotel is very clean. I can recommend it to everyone and specially to young couples or family with children. Beach and city center are also very close.
