Everything was perfect!
Excellent value for money, staff were extremely nice! The owner is one of the warmest and nicest people I have had the pleasure of staying at.
It was extremely clean, new and nice! The AC was also very reliable and actually worked as was supposed to.
Pool was cleaned every single day.
Location is also really nice: close to the center but far enough that it is quiet and one could chill on the terrace in the evening.
Overall: perfect! 10/10

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is clean, well maintained and quiet. It's also just a short walk away from the beaches and the central pedestrian area. Not only that but when we cheched out on our last day, the owner gave us a souvenir gift which was such an awesome gesture!
I highly recommend the place and we'll definitely come back again!

The hotel is great, tidy and clean, rooms are equipped with everything you’ll need and still feel spacious. Hospitality is on another level, everyone is really helpful and friendly. The location is great as it is positioned very close to the centre but you don’t get the noise from the crowd, Khallitea beach is in a walkable distance, about 5-7 min. There is also an elevator in the hotel which is really helpful when you check in and out.

The location was good.
Two days before we leave, we had not hot water in the bathroom. We told to the man in the reception but nothing….
Also our room was with awful view.

Perfect location on a walking distance from the centre. Rooms very clean and bright with large bathrooms and terraces. Staff is super friendly and nice! The girl on the reception deserves a big raise! She helped us with the bags and found us a taxi. 1000% I recommend

Nice place, clean, it's quiet, the towels and bedsheets we're changed often. The pool is a plus if you look for this. Close to the beach, town and supermarket. The only issue was with hot water. After 21 they are closing the thermostat and say that it's a general problem. They lie after a short talk the water was running fine for the rest of your stay.

The hotel and staff are really nice. By far the best part is the swimming pool. Parking was not an issue for us. Good position to the beach and center, in easily walking distance.

One thing we did not like and would wish for the hotel to address, is the mattress, which is simply awful. Didn't really got a good night sleep during our 6 night stay.

Liked the place very much.

The one thing I didn't like was that there was no one at the reception after 6 o'clock so if you need something there was no way to get it.

We also had situation with drunk guests at 5 in the morning, and there was no one to do something about it.

Modern clean rooms, good size with balcony. Nice small pool with sunbeds provided. Room was very well priced, close to supermarket and short walk to restaurants/shops. Receptionist was wonderful very helpful. Shower was really small, was a little odd as overall bathroom size is ok.
