I had a very bad experience with this hotel, even though I stayed during the off-season. My room key card didn’t work properly, and I couldn’t open the door at first. Inside the room, there were no bathrobes, no slippers, and no toiletries — neither for the body nor for the hair. From the upper floor, I could constantly hear people using the bathroom, and it honestly felt like someone was inside my own bathroom.
There was no coffee, no water, no sugar, or anything similar provided in the room. The phone didn’t work either, so I couldn’t even call reception to ask for help or get a bottle of water. Later, when I went down to the reception in the middle of the night to ask for some water, there was no one there.
On top of that, the fridge was extremely noisy — so loud that I couldn’t sleep and had to unplug it in the middle of the night.
Overall, on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this hotel 3 out of 10.
The rooms are decent and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the terrace overlooking the pools is beautiful. We enjoyed a rich breakfast and dinner every day, which was full of various specialties.
The hotel location is good, as it is close to the promenade (you don't need to drive). Additionally, the hotel offers facilities for children (table tennis, billiards), which is an added plus.
The hotel staff was very communicative, which further contributed to my positive experience.
All in all, Hotel Anna is the ideal place for rest and relaxation. I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice vacation and quality food. I look forward to returning!"
