The hotel was absolutely immaculate, with exceptional customer service that truly stood out. The view was breathtaking, and the food at the on-site restaurant was fresh and delicious. Second time in Santorini for us and this time we avoided the hustle and bustle by staying in Mesaria for a night. The hotel was just perfect. Spotlessly clean. A large room and bed. Lovely breakfast. Very beautiful hotel, with a bus stop just outside, convenient enough to take a bus. Surrounded by a small commercial area, there are restaurants and supermarkets. Good budget option A good budget option for Santorini. Close to Thira and the airport. They have a car park close to the hotel and there is a souvenir shop selling basic items around the corner.

I really had good time, and enjoyed the area. People were kind to help me.

Imposible to shower, extemely small , water splashes all over. Door pushes floor mat , it is worthless for its purpose. Taking a shower was a nightmare.Personal was extremely friendly and helpful.

Away from the hustle and bustle, yet perfect for a stay in Santorini. It's just a 5-minute drive from Fira. Parking included. Spotless pool and exceptional staff. Highly recommended.

High barrel ceiling in room. Excellent amenities (new safe and mini fridge). Large quiet room, bathroom setup is excellent with separate shower. Only negative is there are 2 pillows per person. One is feather but I could feel the feather quills. The other pillow is synthetic but is too hard.

Clean and tidy, but the seat is a bit deceiving

Great venue. Very clean. Unfortunately the woman with brown hair (one of the sisters) was really rude and very abrupt and abrasive every morning during the breakfast service. She needs to relax and make guests feel more welcome. Her sister with the blonde hair was lovely.

The staff was so accommodating and really went above and beyond. They were great hosts, helped translate for us when we needed, shared stories with us, made recommendations for things in the area and were ready to help whenever we needed! I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return some day!

Lovely small hotel but a little remote for us . 20 minute walk into Fira then a 30 min bus ride to Oia . Hot tub on our terrace was extremely small and room was quite small . We would stay in Oia next time . Thank you Victoria for arranging breakfast as we left before breakfast at the hotel was open at 8 am .

Amazing hotel experience. Everybody was very friendly, willing to help with anything we needed. Would definitely go back in the same hotel . Location also perfect, very close to the airport and to Fira centre, and to Oia as well. At night though you can sleep in peace because it’s quiet. I can mention only positive things during our stay.

Nice hotel with good location, clean facilities, and very helpful staff. The four of us stayed in a suite with two bedrooms, one in the basement and one on 2nd floor. The hotel is nicely located with a good view of the lagoon and sunset. Hotel staff were very helpful and attended to our every needs. Very much enjoyed our stay.

We truly enjoyed our weeklong stay at the family villa in Cape 9. The villa is beautifully furnished and the beds incredibly comfortable. The view from the front porch was amazing but most of all the service was excellent - the friendly staff and owner reacted swiftly to all our requests and were very helpful with organising a rental car, booking a massage etc. We spent a wonderful week in Santorini...

The staff was superb as was the property. The owner was super helpful and the view from all points is off the charts. Breakfast was great and served as desired each day. Beds were very comfortable and the location on the quiet south end of the island made for restful nights.

We had such a wonderful stay here. Our house and plunge pool were everything we could ask for. The hosts and staff were so helpful and catered to us in every way. Great breakfast and lunch served at our house. Spotlessly clean in and around the houses. Lovely view of Oia and Fira and all the cruise ships. Great to stay in Akrotiri after some busy days in Oia. Would love to come back for another stay

The rooms are beautifully built into the side of the mountain overlooking the sea. Breakfast was served to our private villa every morning and it was lovely to eat fresh pastry and custom ordered eggs while looking across at the mountains and ocean. The staff was available at all times and booked us fun restaurant reservations as well as a catamaran trip. Fantastic!

The hotel was a very welcoming place; the owner was friendly, and the staff provided excellent service. Car rental and booking activities were convenient. The facilities were new, and the environment was tranquil, making it suitable for couples and families who prefer to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and avoid other tourists. The owner is so nice and helpful. The place has everything you need and good Wifi. The shower is a little uncomfortable cause is in the corner of the bathroom on top of everything but for the price is great. The location is just great next to the best bakery and really close to the bus stop. The beach and restaurants close by. The place is a deal and the owner deserves a special mention. ❤️

People are super nice, and it's ultra cheap. Very clean but very dated. Good value for what I paid compared to other hotels on the island.

A very friendly, authentic, clean, economic, traditional and enjoyable experience! 15' walk from the beach and 5' walk from the bakery, S.Market, ATM, and bus-stop. I fully recommend it !

Loved staying at Loizos Perfect little boutique hotel. Clean, comfortable and great location. What makes it stand out is the service and warm hospitality of the people, especially Irene at the reception and the most amazing Renata in the restaurant.

The room is okay. It is in the center of Fira town and very close to the train station and the cliff path. The service is good, but the room smells a bit damp.

Good location, close to the bus terminal

The hotel staff welcomed us very warmly and helped us carry our luggage to the room. There is a large massage pool in the room and the staff will clean it every day. The view is sunny and has a sea view.
