Breakfast was fresh with many options. We stayed in room 204, with a beautiful balcony view of the Aegean Sea. Yanni, the front desk manager was wonderful, and very helpful. This was our first time overseas and Aqua Blue definitely made it an amazing vacation!

The room was adequate, the food wasn’t bad although the staff had nothing better to do but make things up that it’s unsafe for us to drink or eat around the pool area unless food or drinks were purchased onsite. Kept being watched upon and made feel uncomfortable. It’s been my second time staying here and it’s changed for the worst as the staff mentioned things have changed in the last year.

Had a pleasant stay here in this calm place. Situated in Perissa, it’s at a walkable distance from the black sand beach. Takes around 5-10 minutes to walk. So early morning walk plus sunrise is what we chose here. Plus dinner at a beach side restaurent. Beach is filled with lot of sea view restaurents.

The location was convenient. It has a beautiful view to the sea and just walk 3 to swim. All the restaurants, beach bars and shops in Perissa beach are near the hotel. Such a beautiful hotel with such friendly people, the pool was lovely and quiet and the location along the beach with some lovely bars & restaurants, plus the watersports & quad bikes nearby, was the ideal place to be. Buses were available often between Perissa and Fira too. Overall, a really wonderful week in Santorini.

Everything was amazing. Special thanks to Katerina for arranging transportation from/to airport and a boat tour for us. The hotel is 2 minutes from the Beach, they have a locker for luggage and showers you can use after check out. Everyone was super kind and friendly. Thera Mare is a lovely quiet hotel, ideal for what we were after - somewhere to rest and enjoy some peace and quiet. We stayed for 3 days and this was a perfect location. Short walk to the beach and beachfront restaurants, and bus stop to go to Fira or Oia. Very cozy family-run hotel with a great pool area complete with a bar that offers some food options for those that would prefer to just lay around the pool all day long. The amenities in the room were somewhat aged, but it had direct access to a little porch by the pool side. The window panes are pretty old, they don't shut tight enough and the sometimes terrible noise of passing motorbikes and ATVs...

Very simple small village, bar closes at 10pm, thebad thing is that the check out is at 10 am, the pool is very big and nice and close to bus stop, supermarket sklavenitis and local food restaurant.

The place is fantastic, calm and cozzy. We arrived at 5 am and the host (Mama Kula) prepared the room for us. As I'm a bit stupid I parked where I shouldn't and my car got stucked in the sand :( Was in that moment when mama Kula, her son and other neighbors came to rescue, and I cannot thank them more for the help. The location is just great next to the best bakery and really close to the bus stop. The beach and restaurants close by. The place is a deal and the owner deserves a special mention. ❤️

People are super nice, and it's ultra cheap. Very clean but very dated. Good value for what I paid compared to other hotels on the island.

A very friendly, authentic, clean, economic, traditional and enjoyable experience! 15' walk from the beach and 5' walk from the bakery, S.Market, ATM, and bus-stop. I fully recommend it !

We booked this back in July and it was a very cheap deal making it difficult to review!!! The hotel is better than average but not as good as “ very good” ( this is the flaw in Tripadvisor rating 3 being average 4 being very good!) Just got back from a brilliant week at the perissa bay hotel. Alex was so helpful he couldn't do enough for us. The hotel was very clean, the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels every day. We stayed at Perissa Bay for 4 nights in a twin room. The hotel and staff are fantastic. The hotel is well located and has its own bar/ restaurant/ pool and sun loungers on the beach- turn left or right and there are lots of bars and restaurants either way. Me and my friends had a blast eating and drinking in this place. They have lovely workers and boss, who are willing to go up and beyond so we as customers would be satisfy. We don’t have enough positive words in dictionary to honor this great place. They treat you with respect and courtesy. You get amazing food and drinks for good price, especially their beer.
