Pasithea Luxury Suites in Megalokhori

A small and brand-new hotel on the road to the castle town of Monemvasia. Simple yet very well cared for. Our room was comfortable, with a sofa and a small kitchenette stocked with coffee and tea for breakfast. A lovely terrace with table and chairs overlooked the sea. The saltwater pool, though small, offers a stunning view of the sea and is well equipped with sun bed and parasols. The reception was very efficient and helpful, ready to organize services outside the hotel and flexible with early check-in whenever possible. The young owners welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making our stay even more pleasant. Good to know: the water in the hotel is not drinkable yet, and there are some stairs to manage.

This suite was absolutely wonderful! It is in the village of Megalochori which is less crowded than the more touristy places like Oia and Fira. You can walk directly into the village for shopping, plenty of restaurants, a fantastic bakery, an amazing art gallery, and beautiful sites. Nikos, the host, was incredibly helpful and arranged all our excursions and transportation to wherever we needed to go. They delivered breakfast each morning that was delicious, too!

The jacuzzi was wonderful and the view of the island is spectacular. If you’re considering this stay, I promise you won’t regret it!

Meliti Suite ,private entrance , spacious gardens with far reaching views,great raised jacuzzi hot tub and seating area . Great sized comfortable bed,super rain water shower ,modern interior,very clean Few minute walk down one of the narrow lanes to centre passed the domed churches,parking outside property. Danae our host met us on arrival having arranged us a taxi to the studio .She was very helpful with suggestions of where to visit and text the morning after our arrival to check all ok. Would highly recommend this or based on our experience the 5 other properties they have in the villages . Great communication and nothing too much trouble. Enjoyed the last four nights here on our 40th wedding anniversary

This place is a gem! The staff is amazing and so helpful. The place is adorable and clean, the breakfast is delicious and it's close to everything. Dania helped facilitate all our transportation and was an awesome hostess!

Host was a lovely person, couldn’t use the paper on the toilet and the parking is a bit far away as access to property is through small corridor alley. But accessibility to village center is great by foot. Not disable friendly.

The start was excellent. I was contacted by Danai in Germany to see if we needed a transfer from the airport to our accommodation. When we arrived at the airport, we were given a very warm welcome and driven to our accommodation. We had to pull the suitcases several metres ourselves as the narrow streets to the accommodation were not passable. Danai also helped here. When we arrived, we found the suite with its own hot tub. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed with our first impression, as the pictures on the internet had probably been edited a little and some of them were of other similar suites. All in all, however, the accommodation was ok. Everything we needed was dealt with immediately and promptly by Danai (parasol, hire car, pool cleaning, coffee pads, etc.) She was available around the clock and deserves special praise. She more than sweetened our holiday. On the return flight in the evening we were allowed to leave our suitcases in the suite, and the return of the hire car was perfectly timed, as was the return transfer to the airport. Danai did not miss the opportunity to come by personally and say goodbye. Thumbs up for the best service employee Danai. This was not the only reason why the holiday was fantastic.

This property is lovely. We particularly liked that we stayed in Megalochori instead of Oia or Fira. This is a sweet little village with a nice selection of good restaurants and there is a wonderful grocery/bakery store very close - Family Bakery and Pastry. It is also close to the buses going to Oia and Fira and then down towards Akrotiri.
The only consideration to be aware of is that there are no washers on the units, but they do offer laundry services.
