The restaurant was excellent. The tomato fritters were a highlight of Santorini for me. Our room was beautiful however the air conditioning was underpowered and couldn't be left on while not in the room which led to a lot of nights where I was hotter than I'd like to be. Nice hotel with good location, clean facilities, and very helpful staff. The four of us stayed in a suite with two bedrooms, one in the basement and one on 2nd floor. The hotel is nicely located with a good view of the lagoon and sunset. Hotel staff were very helpful and attended to our every needs. Very much enjoyed our stay.

We truly enjoyed our weeklong stay at the family villa in Cape 9. The villa is beautifully furnished and the beds incredibly comfortable. The view from the front porch was amazing but most of all the service was excellent - the friendly staff and owner reacted swiftly to all our requests and were very helpful with organising a rental car, booking a massage etc. We spent a wonderful week in Santorini...

The staff was superb as was the property. The owner was super helpful and the view from all points is off the charts. Breakfast was great and served as desired each day. Beds were very comfortable and the location on the quiet south end of the island made for restful nights.

We had such a wonderful stay here. Our house and plunge pool were everything we could ask for. The hosts and staff were so helpful and catered to us in every way. Great breakfast and lunch served at our house. Spotlessly clean in and around the houses. Lovely view of Oia and Fira and all the cruise ships. Great to stay in Akrotiri after some busy days in Oia. The rooms are beautifully built into the side of the mountain overlooking the sea. Breakfast was served to our private villa every morning and it was lovely to eat fresh pastry and custom ordered eggs while looking across at the mountains and ocean. The staff was available at all times and booked us fun restaurant reservations as well as a catamaran trip. Fantastic!

The hotel was a very welcoming place; the owner was friendly, and the staff provided excellent service. Car rental and booking activities were convenient. Positives: We stayed for 5 nights at the end of September. The villa is extremely spacious, clean and well-equipped. Each bedroom is on its own floor with its own bathroom. Lower ground floor houses a little gym next to the bedroom. The pool and hot tub are heated. Our friends staying is a nearby 5* hotel did not have a heated pool which meant they could not use. This property is amazing! Each villa has a huge pool, hot tub, and access to an amazing restaurant which delivers directly to you. The food was amazing! The views of the Caldera are out of this world right from your villa! All the staff are eager to help and Naya helped us with any questions and arranged spots to visit, eat, and transportation.
