Nice hotel about 20 mins walk from a road of nice restaurants. Nearest restaurants are grumpys and achilles which are both good. Loved panos, menta, filoxenia, sizzle bang. Fantastic stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious greek yogurt and honey my favourite. Perfect location too, close to one of the main beaches but still peaceful. Came across this hotel on booking.com and then secured the studio apartment directly via their website. WhatsApp communication prior to booking was easy, clear and informed. Very good hotel for the price range, the rooms are spacious and clean but bathroom shower was a bit used up. Staff is very friendly and appears to be a family business. Just expect quite (like all of Laganas), as when we were there there were some rooms with some noisy teenagers and the sound isolation is almost not present, atleast in the building we stayed in. Ended up booking this hotel last minute as we had an issue with our original booking and were currently ‘homeless’ in a different country for 6 nights with no where to stay so for the price this was the only option we had, as we arrived the staff were aware of our issues and were very warm and welcoming, they offered us a drink on arrival and were very lovely to us. Firstly, the staff here are fantastic. Professional, polite and warm with excellent customer care and service. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, very comfortable and great facilities. The on site restaurant food is very good and the view absolutely wonderful.

Hotel is really nice with friendly and helpful staff. Organized earlier check in, our laundry to be picked up and helped us with car hire. Nice pool and beach access. Room was clean and spacious. Only negative for us was that we went to breakfast at 9.30 and not many foods were being replaced as it finished at 10am - so limited selection at that time. Apart from that all was good.

We just came as a group of 10. A very friendly staff and a place that can offer everything you want from a hotel . Close to main town but not in a crowded place .

Was a great hotel to stay in, the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. The room was basic and the the pool was great and the view was mind-blowing, really loved my stay and of course adored the island. It is a stunning place at and worth staying in great food and staff

I stayed at the hotel for five days, and everything was excellent! I've never stayed in a place where the hotel staff were so nice and went to such great lengths to make you feel at home. Really lovely people, and overall the hotel offers great value for the money

We got upgraded due to being placed in the incorrect room and were very happy. Hotel on beach front beautiful Jasmine was fantastic. Very lovely. Food was super. Would definitely come back. Do want to apologise for sleeping past check out.

Hera is a lovely hotel with a great pool area and snack bar. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. It is a good walk into Laganas, so you need to be fit or hire transport. The staff are very friendly and there is a relaxed atmosphere. Maria organises everything and she will go out of her way to help, a lovely lady. Highly recommend.

Clean and tidy. The host was so welcoming and kind, making me feel at home.

We felt very welcome here. Everyone who works there is kind and friendly. Maria, the owner has a great sense of humour, always up for a chat and helps you with everything you want. Definitely a reccommendation!

Great value. A definite 3 star as a little dated but clean. Staff worked very hard to constantly clean. Good value bar although the cocktail wasn’t what we expected. Have to pay €10 per night for air con but worth it. Great location. No need to get up early for sun loungers by the pool.

Hotel doesn't look like photos on jet2 website, we went middle of October so we knew lots of places would be closed down and weather unpredictable but the weather was better than expected... Fantastic service from the staff, they all worked so hard and were very helpful and polite. Rooms could have been a little bit better as I slipped a little a couple of times on the floor after a shower, a floor squeegee would have been nice.
