The location is great, with parking available and laundry facilities, making it very convenient for getting around.

It's a very good place. It's a shame there's no room service or daily cleaning, and the codes didn't always work, but otherwise it's a spectacular spot and I hope to visit again soon.

It was just perfect for our first trip to Porto.

Room is not bad, but lake of space to place your personal belongings.

The hotel has a good location, but it lacks a full-length mirror and there's no room service.

Perfect location, walking distance from the beach and all the shops. Room was really nice and everything was very clean. The buffet was amazing, we hardly ate anywhere else because the buffet was simply better. You can always get a sunbed even though some people do reserve them in the morning. Here for the second time at the Marelen Hotel. Fabulous reception on arrival , beautiful rooms and wonderful aircon . Such a friendly vibe here and well kept. Breakfast is incredible . The room decor was quite nice, with a fresh, modern feel, and it even came with a balcony. Upon arrival on the first day, complimentary water, tea, and coffee were provided. Only arrived at lunchtime yesterday, so far room is perfect except the shower/toilet situation. I am on holiday with my two grown up daughters and the shower and toilet don't have much privacy. We booked this hotel after extending our holiday since our original hotel didn’t have space to accommodate. This hotel was a great value for money, clean and very accommodating. Quiet relaxing holiday on the main street in the middle of kalamaki town, sounds like an oxymoron but it really wasn't. Cronulla, don't change anything, everything is just right. Breakfast had the right balance of menu items, the bar was reasonably priced for both snacks and drinks, the pool area was kept immaculate and the staff have a real pride in what they do. We will return.

we returned after 4 years. there are now steps leading into the pool which was a welcome improvement than the wall steps. Crystal Hotel is the only hotel on the beach in Kalamaki area, right on turtles beach where you can see many turtle's nests and you can enjoy an amazing view. I can see why people book this hotel for the water park, had lots of fun! Unfortunately the wasps and flies are out of control! You cant relax with a drink or food without being swarmed no matter where you are. You find yourself downing your drinks or quickly eating to avoid being stung!
