Where to stay with pets in Laganas

With several dining options on-site, we were excited to try them all, but unfortunately, the reservation process made it difficult to experience each one during our stay

I have never have perfect holiday like this before i n my life . When I'm in this area feel like 1 stop shop Staff very friendly I'm in love with this paradise

The service was exceptionally warm, and the hotel included all-day dining, which was quite good. The room might have been a tad small, though. And Zakynthos is just beautiful!

A bit more flexibility or availability would have made the culinary experience as perfect as the rest of the resort

The service was really good, and the staff were genuinely nice, though the soundproofing wasn't the best.

This was our third visit to the Domes catalogue and first time to Zante. The hotel's location was perfect, far enough away from the nightlife but easy to walk to from the beach (approx 20 mins)

We’ve stayed in Zante before, but Majestic really raised the bar. Everything from the spotless rooms to the endless food options was top-notch. The spa was amazing and worth every euro – I had the best massage of my life

Rooms were so clean with a great view in front of the pool! Staff were so friendly and polite at the same time! These subtle touches greatly enhanced the comfort of our stay

Drinks flowed all day, food was fresh, and we didn’t need to leave the hotel for anything because we had an all inclusive hotel

Very clean swimming pool and lots of space around. We liked the area behind of swimming pools were it was more quiet for couples. As or the rooms they were pretty clean and quiet with soundproofed walls.

The hotel was really lovely and all the staff were kind all the facilities that I used were clean and well equipped, with extras like spa treatments at a good price

The hotel and staff were amazing the place was very clean and had lots of good facilities such as the spa and tattoo parlor where everything was reasonably priced

Not only in the hotel, but also on the entire island and basically throughout Greece, there are cats. These are part of this country, the Greeks love them, and if you don't, don't go to Greece

Laganas is as you'd expect, but we didn't go for the location

The staff, who were amazing cleared tables so quickly and any items running low were filled immediately. Area: unfortunately Laganas is a bit scruffy but there are good walks along the beach

Room: spacious with plenty of storage space, very quiet, extremely comfortable bed and good pillows. Outside: good size pools, so clean they sparkled. Plenty of comfortable sun beds

Arrival: we had booked the shuttle transfer which worked for us, very quick journey. Reception staff wonderful and so pleasant

The gardens and grounds were kept nice and the restaurant/crockery/cutlery was clean, the food was just ok could have done with more choice but we were there literally the last week they were open

The whole town was on shut down so very few places open. Summertime pub was nice for beer & football and The Island restaurant good for food

The beach was awful, plastics and rubbish all over as was the streets around the area, again this was the last week of their season

The hotel is ok it could do with some more modernisation to the rooms

Every single bar in Laganas was closed and there was only one shop nearby which ended up closing too. We needed a plug for the bath and it arrived in minutes as did a new hairdryer and an iron free of charge

The location is perfect if you're seeking a decent sand beach free from the omnipresent paid or hotel reserved sunbeds, town proximity, yet avoiding the loudest sources of music and shows, this is a great compromise

The service was great, the personalle was helpufull and nice, we had good and quality food, with options for every taste. The location, outstanding, right on the beach. It was also very clean, towels were changed daily

The location was a big plus, right on the beach. The minus - the water and beach were dirty there, too many small boats, some oil split. The rooms are small, the furniture is very old, but comfortable

Our own hotel were very mean and we had to check out at the morning while the transfer left at night! So this hotel let us pay for only a lunch buffet and then we could spend the whole day by this pool, but things and eat the buffet

We stayed for one week and it was really nice. The furniture is a bit old, it's true, but it was no problem at all

We are here with my sister it is nice the staff friendly the rooms are clean and the food is good (B&B) the location is excellent near to kalamaki to aigos sostis and the main laganas road the price was not so expensive we spend 8 days here and i offer to everybody

Hotel in great location onto the sea front

could do with coffee/tea making facilities in the room ,Food very much catered for German people and not a lot for children ,a lot of people pushing in queues and taking food out of restaurant,beach front location which is really good

It's a great location to beach though and that shouldn't be knocked. I guess it just needs some tlc

The hotel staff are so friendly. We had a very comfortable stay. There isn’t much choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. However there are plenty of restaurants near by and the locals are so welcoming

It's a clean hotel, but not a 4 star hotel. They clean the rooms every day, the yard îs clean, situated at the beach (but You Have to pay for sunbeds and umbrella, even If You have payed for allinclusive)

The location is very good, but the hotel is average.

Obviously it’s cheap so it’s not going to be perfect but it was great for us

Our room was clean and tidy, the staff friendly and the food delicious! The manager, Nikos, help us several times with how to reach the sightseeing and where to try the best local food

About a half an hour walk to the strip which was a bit of a struggle in the day when it was 40 degrees but walking to the strip of a night it was perfectly fine. There’s plenty of supermarkets on the way to the strip too

The staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly; they will go over and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We got to the hotel super early and they allowed us to check in early, around 10 am, although the rule was 1 pm

Makis on reception was very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were pleasant - the shower was very good and hairdryer great! We had a room facing the pool. The facilities in the room were good

Absolutely fabulous 7 night stay at zante Atlantis hotel from 14th to 21st of October hotel is absolutely beautiful spotless great location off kalamaki road close to restaurant bars shops with everything you need staff are amazing and work really hard especially Irene the bar manager noting was to much trouble she went above and beyond very positive experience little gem of hotel

The rooms were a bit dull as the window isn't very big so we didn't get much sunlight in the room. The balcony did get sun for lots of the day so was good to sit out on

The reception area is bright and clean. The rooms are well proportioned and have plenty of storage space and the furniture looks recently installed. The shower space is big with both overhead and handheld options

My wife and I have just returned from a trip to Zante that included 5 nights at the Atlantis Hotel in Laganas. The hotel is situated in a quiet back street about 20 minutes walking distance from the main beach

The room was decent, but the location was just okay.

Very nice hotel with pool and beautiful rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is typically Souther European and not so much variety, but fine.

Add in the full-on Club Tropicana energy, and you’ve got yourself a stay that’s equal parts holiday and fever dream

Enjoyed a delightful stay at Cactus Hotel Zakynthos. The small hotel boasts lovely, clean rooms in excellent condition. The remarkable breakfast, prepared with love, exceeded my expectations

The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach and right in the heart of everything without being noisy

The family who own and run the hotel are always around, and it really shows in the attention to detail and the high standards throughout the property. They genuinely care about their guests and it makes such a difference

The best hotel ever! The staff is so nice, the rooms Are absolute perfection and the pool bar is great. The hotel is close to everything. Our Room was cleaned everyday and the cleaners Are also very friendly and nice

Pool area was fantastic, food and drinks from snack bar were really good. The room might needs a little TLC but it was clean and that's the most important thing. I'd definitely come back here 🙂

Special mention for the minibus driver who came back to pick us up from the beach when there was no room for us. Minibus drops and picks up from the beach throughout the day. Really useful as it is a long walk

The best hotel ever. Close to Laganas beach. The hotel offers free shuttle services to and from the beach. Friendly staff. Great food with fresh fruits picked from their garden. Swimming pool Is not crowded.

We had a lovely stay from the 2/9/25 to 9/9/25. You couldn't fault any of the staff, they all couldn't do enough for us. They made my birthday very special with a vase of flowers and a bottle of bubbly

We booked very last minute, read the reviews, they really don’t give the place enough praise. On arrival received a warm welcome from reception, which never falters each and every time you return

Rooms, we booked one room for 3 adults (all that was left when booking), me, the missus and our 20 year old son (21st birthday treat). On arrival upgrade to a 2 room, no extra cost

Never made breakfast that's how comfortable the beds are but we told there was plenty choice and lovely fresh options every morning. Was a late deal and would definitely be back

Local alcohol for cocktails was not very strong, But always easy to grab a drink. Cocktails not served until 4pm. Good location but would still hire a car to get around

Pros: Great staff including Hope, Sylvia and Visi on the bars and Helen and Margarita herself on reception. It's a clean hotel with very tasty food. The quality of the drinks is very good for AI as well

Actually it was lovely to hear. There’s also a on site shop selling all your essentials like water for your room, snacks, tobacco, milk, gifts, water wings etc as well as many other items

The bar serves a mixture of soft and alcoholic drinks as well as the pool bar which also serves really good food/snacks… All in all what a great stay we have both had

There was live entertainment throughout the week on certain nights and the breakfast, lunch and dinner were plentiful and nourishing with excellent deserts

The whole complex/hotel/grounds are immaculate and well kept any issues if any where dealt with within minutes

Hotel very good modern and clean. Our room 701 was a premium room. Was perfect for best friends on holiday. Staff was very welcoming and panagiotis was amazing always happy and smiling. He took out bags to the rooms

I want to start this review by appauding the staff, great people starting with hotel manager Petros who was more than welcoming and hospitable with us

We were two couples and we had rooms togheter, each room had a terrace. The cleaning staff came everyday and changed the sheets and towels and also cleaned the terrace

This hotel was so lovely! Perfect for a quiet holiday with your partner, no children screaming! The staff are absolutely amazing, they're so kind and attentive, would totally recommend this place. Beautiful.

The obly bad this that I can mention is the bathroom that was kinda small and the water kept splashing from the shower cabin as it didn't had any curtain or door

Overall we felt great, the pool was clean and the water just fine. Breakfast was mild, as you can expect from any hotel of this kind

We arrived on the 31st of July and were kindly greeted with a taxi from the hotel followed by the most friendly greeting by the receptionist. She had a huge smile and engaged with all 6 of us guests

Had there been 0% we would have spent more time socialising and spending! Veggie options in food a little sparse although veggie gyros was made and enjoyed! Air-conditioning temperamental but definitely did cool room down

Couple of minor repairs were required but actioned promptly. All staff there lovely and helpful. Were initially disappointed no table/chairs inside as shown on pics and we had a breakfast bar with no stools

For us 50+ folks far enough out of laganas to not affect us but close enough to walk in to. Supermarket to left and right of Yakinthos we used both managed to cater ok

Really good independent hotel, we went self-catering, looked at the reviews, and thought we were in for a right rough time but was pleasantly surprised when we got there

Nice pool, rooms were good, clean and tidy, we paid a 50 euro deposit per room which was refunded when we checked out, air conditioning was free and worked okay was that cold but thw room stayed at 16 once it had been on for 30 minutes

You are expected a deposit of €50 pp and that is in cash, making it easier to get back at the end of the stay. You are also expected a tourist tax but you should expect that with every holiday you go on abroad

At first I was scared to stay here because of the reviews however after staying here it’s clear that people just don’t do their research before arriving, reviews, the website etc

Staff were mostly kind and polite, the lady receptionist was a bit blunt and rude, also would have been nice to have been shown to our room but we had to find our own way

Don't be put off by the area being mostly young teens on holiday because when they are out, you are in, and when they are in your out, so it worked perfectly 👌

I had also read that there are a few little bars on the way down but we failed to see any at all so the walk felt tedious & boring. I would be ideal to have some bars to stop at on the way

Hera is a lovely hotel with a great pool area and snack bar. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. It is a good walk into Laganas, so you need to be fit or hire transport

I never normally write reviews but do always ready them before I travel anywhere. Me and my husband stayed here for a week in Aug 2025. The apartments are ran by a lovely Greek family. The rooms are clean and spacious

I visited with three of my friends, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! We stayed in a deluxe apartment, which was very comfortable and well-maintained, with a modern and luxurious feel

All in all, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Hera Zakynthos Hotel to anyone visiting Zakynthos. It's the perfect place to relax, enjoy good food, and experience great service!

excellent location, modest but good accommodation by the beach, with a small kitchen and an open view of the beach from the balcony, clean, cleaned every day and bed linen and towels are often changed

Property is more or less on the beach so very good location, there is also a hotel next door that has open pool for everyone so even a pool day was optional despite Villa Doris not having one

We stayed from 14-21st June, welcoming on arrival and good communication, host checked our flight times before we arrived to ensure someone could meet us and we could check in

The hostess of Villa Doris was so very nice, she arranged everything, we don't have to think about anything because we were on vacation! I can highly recommend Villa Doris

I was here for 7 nights this summer and was everything ok ! If you read the bad reviews that is not the reality, don't forget this is a 2 stars hotel so don't expect 5 starts treatment! My boyfriend and I stayed at Timos Hotel for a week. The staff was friendly and helpful, 24 hours a day. Our room was clean and was cleaned every morning. The place is located in Laganas, a stone's throw from the beach

Simplistic style hotel with a very nice pool, rooms again simple but clean cut and well worth the price. Good location just off the laganos strip

Perfect spot to explore Laganas. 1min away from the beach, super friendly owners, amazing pool to relax. Everything within walking distance, shops, supermarkets all just round the corner. 20+ restaurants within 5min walk
