Hotel is well located in katanas away from the big night nuisances of the summer. The hotel got a big swimming pool but it was cold during our stay. The reception girls are friendly and nice. All the staff are friendly btw. Amazing fire show by Fati . I guarantee you will not regret it.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are very helpful and kind. I can not fault the hotel at all. The food was great my girls are very picky and they did not go hungry. You can get food from 8am till 9pm as there is a snack bar that runs from 10am-6pm and the restaurant is Breakfast 8-10 Lunch 12.30-2.30 Dinner 7pm-9pm The entertainment on a night is ok. Good for families and elders. Service was great. No doubt they are holding up the pace for an all inclusive service. But it feels like the food quantity costs the food quantity.

Firstly a very good holiday. First room offered on the first floor was not good balcony looked out on a wire fence with some sort of false “camouflage” netting. No kettle or tea coffee facilities. Great Hotel but could improve. We stayed here a few years back so this may not be 100% accurate now but we loved it. Great location and great staff, did find it a bit annoying to pay for a hotel room safe when it's included in other places and the drink offers were a bit slim. Been to this hotel twice this month because we loved it so much. The room, the staff, the food! Will definitely be back again next year. Lovely hotel run by mainly ladies . Very clean , food was well cooked and full of flavour even though the selection was not huge it was still very good . I stayed here recently and had a wonderful experience. My room was spotless and well-kept, which made me feel very comfortable during my stay. What really stood out was the staff – they were genuinely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. It made the atmosphere feel warm and personal, not just like a place to sleep but somewhere I felt well taken care of.

Perfectly fine studio apartment. Located away from the busy strip, but with easy access after a short walk. The service is basically no frills, but with the benefit of a cleaning service who come in to tidy the room daily. We particularly enjoyed the rooster.

Lovely stay- would recommend! We had an incredible stay here. The property is beautiful and very well kept. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh toiletries and the pool was lovely. Great location to the main street as well! My partner forgot his AirPods in the hotel and Klodi was great at getting them shipped back to us in the UK. Absolutely amazing place to stay when you’re visiting the island. The host was very accommodating as we needed an extra bed and he sorted it out with no fuss at all. He gave us options on where was the best places to go and how to get there. I would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat.
