Too loud music all day until midnight for no obvious reason. Guests of low quality with complete lack of respect to hotel rules and other guests that keep making noise after midnight with the tolerance of the hotel management. Poor cleanliness. Doors without handles. Showers without doors windows that do not close. NOT FOR FAMILIES
Bad accommodation rude and surly staff after 2 days of stay the room was not cleaned and the moment we asked the reception for clean towels the answer was "there is no cleaning lady" so if you don't want to spend the holiday to go to the laundry just leave this ugly hotel alone.

It's really good
From start to finish we had a lovely time. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They did their very best to ensure our stay was the best it could be- they went above and beyond to make all feel welcome. All staff followed policies to ensure that every guest regardless of age got a great holiday. The rooms were clean and comfortable with the added benefit of air conditioning at no extra cost!! The location is idea as it’s near enough to the main bars but not on top. The kids loved the pool and the slide.

Absolutely not for a family with young children and parents over 40 years old.
Laganas area might be ok for teenagers wanting to have fun but was not ok for our family.
The "Loose all your money in case you cancel" is also something that it binds you to a bad selection but also something you agree on the moment you make your booking.
Even though i prefered that; the moment i saw the look on my wife's face when we arrived and guided to our room.
