Regina in Karpathos Town

Very nice hotel with a good view of the town of Pigadia. The location is excellent since all the shops, bars and restaurants are really close on foot. Also easy to access all villages in Karpathos by car ( you definitely need a car!). The staff is very polite and helpful, the pool is fantastic and warm and our room had 2 separate bedrooms, enough to accommodate 5 people. Breakfast was quite satisfactory offering eggs, yogurt, cereal, ham, coffee etc. Overall this is a great value for money hotel, very clean, close to all a the action in Pigadia with breakfast, a great pool and above all so polite and friendly staff!! I would definitely visit again!!

When you choose this hotel, you don't choose to go on holiday, you are coming home! The family who runs this hotel welcomes you with open arms and will make sure you have an unforgettable experience. Every team member will put a smile on your face. I spent 17 days in this hotel and could only wish I stayed longer.

In my opinion, there are only positive points to mention:

LOCATION: very close to the town's center and harbour, a short walk from the main beach, very close to the bus station for your daily excursions. On top of a small hill, which makes for quiet surroundings and a lovely view.

ROOMS: spacious and clean, with lovely balconies and a small kitchenette, safe deposit box and good airconditioning. Although basic, they provide everything you need. Good beds, I slept like a baby!

POOL / POOL BAR: as this was my second stay in the hotel, I could see this area was recently refurbished, with new sun loungers and different decor. Wonderful, refreshing pool to swim some laps; relaxing area right under the olive trees! Nice pool bar with good choice of tasty snacks and drinks.

BREAKFAST: very good coffee and homemade cake!

SERVICE: upon all my travels around Greece, I experienced the best service right in this hotel. I specifically appreciate the personal approach, right from the moment you book untill the moment you leave. These are genuine, warmhearted people with a strong feeling for their business and their guest's needs. Especially as a solo traveller, I felt most welcome and well taken care of.

CONCLUSION: you won't regret booking this hotel. I know I will be back!

Lovely family run hotel , great location, easy to get around . Amazing staff, Mrs Irini the receptionist is one of the loveliest persons, always smiley and happy to help. Definitely recommended!

Very nice hotel! Our room was really great and the staff was so helpful and nice. The pool outside was clean and had a good temperature, there were also sun beds with parasols and they were really good too. I would absolutely recommend this hotel because it has a good location and is ver nice
