Budget hotel with a warm welcome and hospitable atmosphere. Spacious rooms with kitchens around lush green garden.

Location: on the island of Rhodes, within 600 m of the village of Faliraki, 14 km from the airport of Rhodes.

Consists of one 2-story building.

The hotel has 12 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach in 700 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free. The length of the beach is 8 km away.

Very good likely one of if not the best place to stay near Anthony Quinn Bay and Falaraki easy drive or bus to Rhodes town a twenty minute plus drove away, walkable for Naya beach bar and falaraki strip, beaches, great spot. Good free air on witj booking.com

I have to say it's more for self made guys and if you like the spartan style!! The price for a night is way to high the technical standard is from the 90's.. so in total to stay inside isn't relaxed and wifi isnt really working the signal !!

The rooms were dirty and outdated. There were a cockroach and spider inside. We did not stay the night, we changed accommodations immediately. The pictures did not live up to the reality.

Avoid This Hotel

We booked this hotel via Booking.com, hoping to save some money as it was cheaper than staying in Rhodes town. While the location is convenient—just a 20-minute drive to the center with a bus station nearby—that's about the only positive aspect.

The air conditioning was awful, probably over 20 years old, and barely functioned. It just blew some air around without cooling the room, completely useless. The shower was another disaster—the shower head was so old that it came off, forcing us to use the hose to shower. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and also seemed very old.

The overall condition of the room was outdated and not very clean. There were no towels when we checked in, so we had to call and request them. When they finally arrived, the towels had been washed but still had visible stains on them.

After we checked in, the host stopped responding to my messages and wouldn't answer my calls, even though I sent her pictures of the broken shower head. During check-in, an elderly gentleman handled our registration, but he had a tracheostomy and couldn't speak, making communication difficult. I had to call the host through Booking.com three times just to clarify things—it was a frustrating process.

To make matters worse, Booking.com provided no support. They always seem to side with the hosts.

Overall, a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was very clean and modernly furnished. The bed was good and firm (how I like it). The air-conditioning was excellent and there is a pool and pool bar just outside the door.

It's a bit far to walk to the end of the beach in the heat, but managble. If I had questions I just asked the host by calling her and she helped me out. WiFi works nice too.

1. Wi-fi signal realy poor, with closed balcony door no signal. If you have AC it is impossible to use wi-fi.
2. A.C. available for extra 35 € / week. In our room the interior unit was full of dust and mold, I REALY DON'T RECOMEND TO USE IT, it is a biological hazard!!!
3. All the rooms are oriented to the main road! The correct adress is Faliraki-Rhodes ave. KM 13, NOT!!! AS SHOWED in Google Map!!! I will make an edit request to Google Maps later.
So, all the balconies are looking to this main road with heavy traffic (all kindes of vehicles: trucks, busses, cars, scooters, motor bikes, beach buggies etc.) Extremly loud, just like a highway! If you have any sleeping issue, THIS IS THE PLACE WHERE YOU WON'T SLEEP AT ALL!!!
4. Room cleaning: a nice young woman are cleaning the rooms 1 time / week, changing the bed sheets and giving clean towels. Toilett paper on request. BUT, you can clean your roam as many times you want, tools are provided :))))
5. Kitchenette appliances are way outdated, also the TV from the room - all made in the XX century. Some of them it looks unclean, unsafe and unhealthy to use.
6. Bathroom: excepting from the fact that tha shower had it was broken, everithing it was nice. Beside the shower on the wal it was a towel hanger unable to resist to the weight of a towel :))) Avoid to use or you will find your towel on the floor, just like it happened to me :)))
7. The pool is shared with another guesthouse, you can use if you respect the "little gate" rule: if it is open, you can enter, if it is closed you can't enter.

In the end: they are pretending to offer services more and at a higher quality than you will get!!!

First of all they doesn't have any system and when you go and talk to the owner he speak so bad English so you can't communicate with him, the room it is the same like the pictures, but the bed it was so hard to sleep on it, even i have ask for wifi in my room and i get no answer.
They need to take care of the pool area as well because it's so messy, the grass they have not cut it for so many years i think even the trees it's growing so much and soon it will go down in the pool.

This is a cute place within a walking distance to the beach and to shopping and restaurant area. The staff is very nice though hard to find. Note that the garden view might also include a view over the highway on the other side of the garden, and the hills even further away. The air condition comes with an extra fee of €35 per week (August 2017). Cleaning was good and necessary when the toilet paper in most smaller hotels on the greek islands must due to poor pipes be dropped in the trash can and not in the toilet. The pentry in our room was with fridge but quite poorly equipped, though with all decently priced restaurants around we only needed the provided glasses for our drinks at sun set.
Pool area and bar are relaxed and nice for spending the days and sunbeds are many enough for you to even choose from.
My only slight complaint for this apartment was the hard bed but on the other hand I haven't found any soft enough bed at a hotel anywhere.
