Kiani Akti Hotel in Porto Rafti

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was a lovely stay. :)

Terrific location with spectacular views with a lovely, clean and very modern room and bath. I could stay in this charming, boutique hotel as a vacation destination.

We arrived late in the evening after a late flight to Athens. They gave us a lovely room with a view over the sea. They gave information of were to go to get some food. The beds and the bathroom was lovely and the breakfast excellent. We recommend it😊

The staff helped call a taxi, which was very convenient for catching a morning flight. The service was excellent, and there was an elevator.

However, the room facilities were basic, not soundproof, and the shower water pressure was low. Most importantly, the blanket was just a thin sheet! It was so cold! My friend caught a cold!

Perfect location along the sea and not far from Athens airport. Simple room but confortable with a fantastic view for watching the sunrise. Good breakfast. Helpful and kind staff.

A lovely welcome from George and Nancy in the evenings, they were the two main people I saw during my three night stay. But the brief moments that I did see the other two seemed just as nice.

My room was clean, fresh smelling sheets and pillows, 👍 I just had a refrigerator in the room, but they did accommodate me for the hot water that I wanted, each day, with no issues whatsoever.
The nice view of beach was 👌 exactly what I was looking for.
I never use the swimming pool, as they do have access across the street to the beach with beach chairs.
Parking was easy, anyway on the side street or in front. I chose not to have the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

It definitely would be nice if they had a few more shelves in room to put your clothes or toiletries in the bathroom. I don’t know what I would’ve done if I was there for a week or 2 & there was two of us.
Also, safety deposit box would be nice.
And maybe put some form of glass door on the shower, as it does spray everywhere, but the extra shower hose was a nice bonus.

My only gripe is smoking should not be allowed on the balconies, either.

Overall was really good and I will be back, Thank you George and Nancy for wonderful customer service which doesn’t seem to exist many supposedly two or three star hotels.

Very nice hotel. Room and bathroom were clean, with all necessary supplies. Beautiful location right next to the sea. Breakfast was very good, many options to choose from. Staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly :)
