The hotel is located about 10 minute taxi ride outside of Athens but as a result it has the most stunning views of the entire city particularly the puffin on from its night story restaurant. It’s a five star hotel with a paralleled access to swimming pools and luxuries that are not common in Athens hotels I highly recommend staying here

The location isn't very convenient, but the breakfast is absolutely amazing, and the views are great. The front desk staff was also super nice and even upgraded my room. The hallways are a bit confusing to navigate, and the layout feels a little strange, but the rooftop pool offers a view of the Acropolis.

Phone and the door are not working well !  The room cleaning has to be reminded.

Good hotel but slight distance from tourist place and metro station

recommend the book a room with club lounge. You can have your breakfast the dinner at the lounge with the panoramic view of acropolis.

It is located not far away from the metro station. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is bountiful and delicious. The WiFi connection is stable. The view of the Acropolis is spectacular!

It was generally a pleasant stay. The hotel room is new provided with good amenities while hotel staff are rather friendly. Breakfast on the top overlooking the Acropolis. The only weakness is the unpleasant neighborhood for those prefer walking around the city instead of riding on a taxi/Uber/a coach.

Good hotel for families with kids. It's a bit less than half an hour's walk to Syntagma Square, but it doesn't feel like a long trek. Novotel usually offers good value for money, which is why I often choose this chain when I travel to different European countries.

Breakfast was not bad …. Rooms were clean and pretty comfortable. Funny they provide drinking water as welcome drink and not on daily basis whereas they will replenish the mini bar daily for free. Location wise, not a great place but it is ok if you take Uber all the times. The souvenir shop at the hotel lobby was surprisingly not expensive.

Hotel is well located close to all major attractions in Athens. Lovely breakfast in morning and staff are welcoming and attentive. Unfortunately there is sewerage smell as soon as you come out of lifts and it’s present in some rooms as well.

A beautiful hotel a little tiny bit off the beaten path, but close enough to walk everywhere. And the views were spectacular. Make sure you spend time on the roof deck. It is gorgeous and the pool was just what I needed after a long day of traveling.

Get ready to welcome not such a presentable district of Athens as you can expect. It’s not like Sintagma where all fashionable hotels and restaurants are located. Anyway the hotel is literally close to the railway station and a few metro stations. Also u can just walk 10 mins and reach National Archeological Museum (never miss it cuz u’ll find there lots of things to explore about Ancient Greece).

We had a relaxing stay at Grand Resort Lagonissi in October. Staff Despina was friendly and helpful, kindly recommending several local attractions. The only feedback we would share is that the food at the beachside restaurant wasn't as fresh as expected, and the octopus dish in particular tasted off. Overall, the experience is quite chill.
