Clean and simple hotel, very close to Archeology Museum, walking distance from the center. Helpful and quick personnel.

Decent little hotel. The rooms were clean and practical and service was friendly. There are some restaurants within walking distance and the walk to the Acropolis isn't too bad if you like walking.
The neighborhood is so-so, but we had no issues.

The rooms were quite spacious, and the facilities were relatively new. Both the lobby and rooms had keypad locks, and the surrounding neighborhood was nice and safe. The Victoria (Green Line) and Omonia (Green Line) subways were just a short walk away, and both were within walking distance. It was great value for money.

We loved this hotel! We booked it based on good price, nice photos/reviews and close proximity to vegan restaurants. My only slight concern was that some reviews described the location as a little seedy/dangerous. We did not find this to be the case at all. We loved the location, away from the tourist 'centre', but still easily accessible by metro in about 10 minutes. In fact, from this area it seemed really easy to travel to many different parts of Athens, and the metro station itself was a 10-minute walk away. There is a large, lovely park 5 minutes across the road, where lots of people & families were hanging out during the long, summer evenings. Yes, there are some run-down buildings and graffiti in the area, but that seems to be all over Athens, and it did not feel aggressive or threatening. The hotel itself was lovely. The photos are very accurate. Our room was soooo comfortable, a great size, with good storage (wardrobe), comfy bed/pillows, a nice shower and a small fridge, kettle and coffee pod machine. Down in the basement is a communal space with a pool table, small kitchen for preparing food, and space to chill out or watch movies. You can also get fresh, drinkable water here, There is a small terrace on the top floor, with a bit of a view and some friendly pigeons. The staff at reception were so lovely - friendly & helpful, great English speakers too. The only thing I would mention is that our room was at the front of the building, on the 1st floor, and you could easily the hear the traffic on the main road (which is around the corner - the hotel itself is on a side street). We were also treated to some early-morning trumpet practice from someone in an apartment opposite (and he definitely needs the practice!) So if you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, you should ask for a room at the back. But, that aside, it was a great hotel which I highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are brand new and have air conditioning.

Bathroom window a little weird otherwise no complaints, has a kitchen in basement incase you want to cook (hostel style). But the private rooms are hotel good quality tbh, usually someone at reception and they are helpful.

Walk to centre of Athens is about 20-25mins, some nice restaurants and lively quarters about 10-15min walk from this hotel though

What makes a business successful ? It is the people who work the front desk; they’re the ones who give the first impression of what to expect from your stay. As an older woman traveling solo initially, my heartfelt gratitude goes out to Nancy who communicated and helped me navigate taxis, banks and cafes.It must be said the cleaning staff did a great job and the 24/7 concierge meant a 4am booked taxi was easily managed

Feel safe to walk in the surrounding area. There is not much nearby the hotel.
The room size is ok, nicely furnished with a balcony.
The bathroom is a bit small but shower place is adequate.
