The hotel, which is family-run, is in a very central location, on a square with restaurants. Most if not all of the rooms have sea views. Very close to one of the island's beaches (Agios Mamas), restaurants, shops and other amenities, as well as the port. Despite our room being just above the square, there was no noise from the restaurants after midnight and in the mornings. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful. Internet connection was very good.
Excellent location, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff!!! Although we have errounesly booked, via platform, a room without balcony, they did their best to change us a room with balcony and sea view!!!
Right in the heart of the center, near the port (2 minutes walk) below you had shops for food, drink.
The service is impeccable, the girls at the reception are sweet.
The only negative thing was the fridge that sounded too loud and the old frames, the doors ... with the result that there is not good sound insulation. But you had a great view in the room, TV to stare at

Great hotel, friendly staff. Our room was kind of small, but very comfortable and cozy, always clean. It also had a TV.
Only the toilet (especially the shower) was very small, but that's no issue.

Two-nights' stay during lockdown but this refreshed room with the lovely balcony made my day every time I was looking at the sea and Spetses town rooftops. Hosting by George was fantastic
