Almira Mare in Chalkida

​A Perfect Stay for Rooms 112 & 113!
​"We stayed in rooms 112 and 113 as a group (Peter, Ellie, and Mark Mullin), and we were exceptionally pleased with the services of the hotel staff and the quality of breakfast provided during our time at Almira Mare. Every morning started perfectly with a fantastic breakfast spread, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. We want to give particular praises to Georgia and Stevia, who both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, attentive, and brilliantly cared for. Beyond the excellent service, the swimming pools and co-located beach were absolutely fantastic, providing the perfect spots to relax. The location is also ideal, as we thoroughly enjoyed the other 5 restaurants located right in the bay. Their warmth and professionalism added a truly personal touch to an already wonderful holiday. We highly recommend this hotel and send a huge thank you to the whole team!"

This was a great find. We arrived so very late after delayed flights to find someone waiting for us, and checked us in to a spotlessly clean and comfortable room with a good bed. Sea view room was a nice wake up! Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff was lovely..so we stopped on our way back through for a second stay a couple days later!…Great restaurant choices, all walkable. We’d definitely stay again.

Wonderful place with great rooms and amazing hospitality. Everyone that I encountered while staying here was fantastic. I look forward to coming back this summer.

This is the fifth time that I have stayed in the Almira Mare and I was welcomed as one of the family by all the staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the breakfast is very good with an outside terrace looking out toward the bay, the perfect Greek way to start the day. The hotel is so peaceful and cool even during the hottest time of the day, the garden is also well kept. I was given a free upgrade to the junior suite as a welcome gift, very much appreciated and thank you. The bay is very quaint with a family friendly beach, fishing boats, several authentic Greek restaurants and almost no tourists.... I will definitely be coming back to this 'home from home'.

I was travelling for the first time on my own, and I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to stay!! The loveliest staff, who were so kind and caring and made me feel so at ease! So helpful when I needed assistance and I can’t recommend it enough! Perfectly positioned too!

Great hotel! The hotel is widely setup! At the end they have the hotel and in between they have small garden and then two large swimming pools follewed with a nice bar/restaurant! The rooms were nice, however a bit outdated and smelled a bit stale. The staff were really friendly and helpfull! The breakfast was perfect, they had a lot of options to choose from. Furthermore the location is just 10 minutes drive from Chalkis which is perfect. The swimming pools were large and therefore it is not too crowded in the swimming pool. The restaurant was also very nice to grab a few drinks! Would definitely stay here again!

Great little place hidden away from the hustle of Chalkida and Athens! The staff was fantastic and always helpful. Spent three weeks and will definitely be back. I was there in the off season so not a lot of visitors while I was there. The hotel manager, Georgia, was a pleasure and we had morning chats while I had breakfast. She was definitely a highlight of my stay.

I am glad to recommand this place. The room has all that you need. Not very big but spacy enough and kleen. George at the reception was so nice, caring and allways ready to help. It is located perfectly if you are with a car. Has free parking and within an easy ride to the center of Chalkida.
Good value for money.

I just spent 7 days in this hotel, this was my second time and it was great, the location is amazing if you want some quiet time but also the city is 10 minutes away. The pool area is excellent, very clean and great service. The beach and the tavernas are 2 min walking. But the strong points is the staff, the ladies at the front desk will do to make you feel at home and treated as family. Thanks again for the great staying.
