The hotel is probably meant only for guys with little to no sense of personal hygiene. although there is supposedly a clean up service each day, it consists solely by changing the sheets and towels). We made the mistake of dropping something on the floor and got a glimpse below the bed. The sight was awful. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for ages. The bathroom was small and hot water (or water in general) was not always available. When we asked about the lack of hot water the response was "well it happens from time to time, next time just wait half an hour". The building was old and creaky and the wooden staicase has long started to fall apart. Our room had also cracks on the walls and some mold in some corners. Only decent feature was the location which is around 7~10 minutes walk to the beach. Still i don't recommend it.

Low price, but the conditions are just not enough even for a short stay. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and you need to open the door and the windows in the room in order to put the humidity out. And if you decide to leave the windows opened and go out, you can find them closed because the owner has turned on the grill just under your windows (yet it can be worst if they didn’t close them at all).

The hotel is located in the centre of Ierissos and very close to the beach. The staff is extremely friendly and are there to extend their ervice when needed. The rooms were very clean and sufficiently big and the price is excellent. Highly recommended!
